Not going to post a link, but easily found via Google.

Don't be fooled by the excellent selection of games, and decent layout.

It's dodgy as hell, I signed up, no licence information listed, NO deposit options work, the live chat is rude and useless, and badger you to "please deposit with credit card only" which screamed dodgy to me when they offer Neteller & Skrill and several other options.

It's a shame as it looks like they cover most Software providers, and if genuine must have spent a fortune on licensing for all those slots, but I have a feeling all is not genuine.

I like to be proved wrong though.

Look's like we've hit the jackpot on this site. Fake Novomatic games, fake Aristocrat and NetEnt Games.

I see that the domain was registered only 4 months ago.

Stay away and do not give them any of your personal details.

Knew someone on here could dig better than me :D

Get them reported, its a great looking site, and they have been sending out mailers.

The selection of games and layout may seem decent but the rest of the website is totally amateurish:

- No SSL encryption when you register!!

- They copied 1:1 all the text on their site from other legit casinos........e.g. their Terms are from Wild Jackpots, they left even the date of the last update unchanged.......

If you look at the I-frame source code for their netent games. they appear to be using (abusing) Redbet to deliver the DEMO versions on the homepage. So everything will look genuine, before you sign up and play for real.

thebigfreechiplist are advertising them :what: Not a site I use but been going a long time so what are they playing at, Theysay there sister sites are 77Jackpot & 1bet2bet, The second casino was blocked from my country and 77 casino was completely diffrent, Could not see one link between the casino?

Something is not right there, Also the casino in question is as dodgy as it comes,

Likely the licence is a dud too...not that a Curacao licence is much good from a player perspective anyway!

If you go to there terms and cons, At the bottom it states acceptance of the casino's full Terms & Conditions. The terms has a link and guess where it brings you? 77jackpot, Also I could not find a licence but after inspecting the page this crops up 8048/JAZ2016-010 again a google search brings up 77JP and others,

Also another inspection of some pages it clearly states becomeaffilates 2nd line from bottom, same affilates as 77JP

Looks they are part of the Mansion group :

Limitation of liability

12.1 IN NO EVENT SHALL MANSION, ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDERS, PARTNERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN ANY RESPECT FOR ANY COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF ANY CASINO

What a bunch of stupid amateurs.

This is the casino in question: arescasino.com

What is sad (but not surprising) is that there is a number of affiliates supporting this larceny. Here are a few websites: netentcasinoslist.com, novoline-casinos.net, elcasinoportal.com, thebigfreechiplist.com, nonstopbonus.com.

These webmasters ought to be notified that they are aiding and abetting this fraud.

This is what makes me laugh, when they plagiarize T&C's from other legitimate sites and don't even proofread them properly. It's like Bedknobs And Broomsticks, one is exposed and the same asswipes come up with two more. What concerns me is that a long-time member here has actually signed-up - that just shows how the less-aware can and will be fleeced.

The only way is to immediately cut-off their blood supply viz-a-viz cash by informing any payment providers of their scam and the fact they could be liable to legitimate chargebacks for providing a vehicle for people to be conned.

I know you guys are busy but I wonder if you have any lines of communication with webwallets and card providers? This I feel would be the best way to nip these twats in the bud and their dastardly enterprises.

Dunno if it helps but I have sent an e-mail to Skrill to warn them and also sent a link to this thread. :)
Use Skrill a lot for my gaming activities so they might take it seriously. :D

.

Ares Casino took down all of their games a couple of days ago, but they are back up again now.

What is the worst case scenario for these fraudulent operators and what is the most likely outcome? Who has the power to act against these individuals and the casino's? Can a legit casino litigate against these casinos for plagiarism of their terms and conditions? Is it likely to see one casino take on another?

What prevents individual/s from facing charges of this nature?

I joined and played and found games were constant lose. I asked for them to send me my RTP so I could complain to NetEnt. They didn't. Since found out that they're rogue!! Have written to NetEnt.
