I don't know if it is just me or if everyone is having the same problem but I am now having a problem with Betsson.

They are just extremely slow in their payments and checking process. I've asked them about a withdrawal since the June 3, 2013 since they do not list "Malaysia" as their country for Bank Transfer. They said they needed address verification which I provided to them. In fact, I've sent in 2 verification documents and it has both been approved. After doing so, they told me that I would need to submit this manually as they can't do it via their system because they don't have Malaysia as 1 of the countries.

Here starts the problem:

I've contacted Betsson Live Chat about this and they told me to provide them with the Bank Details (SWIFT Code, Bank Account Num, Address and etc) so since we're on Live Chat, I told them the entire thing and they told me that they will forward this to the Payments Department. The details I gave them was for a bank called "Hong Leong Bank".

After 3 days, I checked with my bank and they said the money is not yet in my account. Feeling strange since most if not all Bank Wire Transfers usually arrive on the 3rd or 4th day, I went on to "Live Chat" again to verify the correct account number and etc. Low and behold, they did not want to do this for me until I forcefully asked them about it. They told me that the funds has already been sent on 5th June 2013 to my "Standard Chartered" account number but I told them that I have NEVER given them my Account Details for Standard Chartered but the person on Live Chat tried to act smart and say that I'd have to wait 7 working days in order to get the money and insist that I waited till then before they do anything else.

With a lot of explaining and etc, I have finally made it through that they will look into the problem and get back to me with an answer. They have looked into the problem and said that the money is not back into their account yet. That was about 3-4 days ago and till now, I am still waiting for them to check on the money. They are still saying that my bank or their bank has yet to credit their account with the returned money.

I don't know what Betsson is trying to do but it seems that their Support Team can't help me on this and always push the problem to their Payments Department and there is no way to reach their Payments Department. You'd have to wait for their Payments Department to respond but they have not been communicating with me at all about this problem if I do not ask.

Till today, it has been 6 working days and yet the money is still in LIMBO and Betsson is saying that their processor is not getting back to them. I've asked them to check with their processor since Monday and till now it seems that they said their processor is still giving them no response.

Would this be my fault? I've NEVER given them my banking details for Standard Chartered Bank and yet they could just send it over to that bank as they like. I've only given them my other bank account which they should have sent the money there. However they just do as they like and could simply send money to anywhere they feel like it even after telling the Live Chat person who confirmed with me that this would be the bank that they are sending it to.

Since Betsson is accredited, would this be the way you would expect an accredited place to run?

Geez... they are just extremely slow in checking and paying out!!!

From what I can tell you posted this then immediately turned around and filed your PAB. Given your long experience at CM and your expertise with PABs you obviously know that you are bending the PAB rules and guidelines here, presumably quite intentionally. That smells like a personal agenda to me and that's definately a Forum Rules violation.

If I had that many issues with online casinos I would give it up entirely.
 
What an irritating person. It wasn't too long ago that he had an issue with a casino, started a thread and then submitted a PAB. Now he does the same thing again. Why on earth does Max have to accept his PAB. Just let him post and forget the PAB dammit.

I do not share your experience at all.

Betsson is usually paying out lightning fast (to my e-wallet).

It does not matter if it is during the weekend or in the middle of the night - withdrawals are usually credited my account within a couple of hours.

But yeah, as Nifty pointed out - seems like you have been having your share of problems with casinos!
 
Yeah I've had the opposite experience to you. I've found Betsson etc lightening fast even faster than my favourite casino 32 Red. I don't understand how you could have had so many issues with casinos that you've had to open five pads? I don't think all the casinos are at fault.
 
The OP is in Malaysia where few sites allow play? Islamic country so presumably gambling unlawful? I would think by now he is used to waiting a few more days for payments given where he is located. Standard Charter may be the INTERMEDIARY bank where the payment routes through - quite common in Asia. If this is the case then Betsson could well have it right; the payment has just not gone local yet.
Given his high amount of PAB's I wouldn't be surprised if most of them relate to normal delays whereby casinos are bending over backwards to get payments to Malaysia which is not always a quick process.

All he needs to know is that Betsson are accredited, quick-paying and myself and a few others on here can attest to that. OP - you WILL get your payment, maybe a little more patience before slinging mud would be appropriate?

P.S. I just saw CM's post about the OP providing inaccurate SWIFT details: there's your answer OP. Your payment will be in a suspense account before being returned to Betsson who no doubt despite your haranguing of their CS will re-send it quickly!
 
Apparently he had given the casino the wrong banking details. Nice one. Blame the casino for your own error. :rolleyes:

I know the PAB service is free and all that, and open to anyone, but, IMO, PITA's like the OP should not be able to just submitting PAB's left right and centre and wasting Max's time, especially when they don't even do their own due diligence to make sure THEY didn't make a mistake.

Someone who has this many issues with casinos is going to continue having them because, if history is any guide, there is usually something "not right" about them in a player sense.

Max should go back through his PAB's and if there is a pattern of the same issue throughout the OP should be banned from using the PAB service in the future, unless it is an accredited casino and it is completely unrelated to their previous issues. At some point, the player has to sort out their own stuff to prevent all these problems occurring and stop relying on others to continually fix it for them.

It is not a personal attack on the OP. It is a question of fairness and possible "abuse" of the PAB system....In My Opinion.

Yeah, more or less have done, at least once over lightly. Nothing glaring and the guy has been on site for a decade so ... latest one did seem a bit frivolous though. I've told him as much and made it clear how such would be treated in the future.
