Admin Note: this player had given the casino the wrong banking information - thus the problem.
I don't know if it is just me or if everyone is having the same problem but I am now having a problem with Betsson.
They are just extremely slow in their payments and checking process. I've asked them about a withdrawal since the June 3, 2013 since they do not list "Malaysia" as their country for Bank Transfer. They said they needed address verification which I provided to them. In fact, I've sent in 2 verification documents and it has both been approved. After doing so, they told me that I would need to submit this manually as they can't do it via their system because they don't have Malaysia as 1 of the countries.
Here starts the problem:
I've contacted Betsson Live Chat about this and they told me to provide them with the Bank Details (SWIFT Code, Bank Account Num, Address and etc) so since we're on Live Chat, I told them the entire thing and they told me that they will forward this to the Payments Department. The details I gave them was for a bank called "Hong Leong Bank".
After 3 days, I checked with my bank and they said the money is not yet in my account. Feeling strange since most if not all Bank Wire Transfers usually arrive on the 3rd or 4th day, I went on to "Live Chat" again to verify the correct account number and etc. Low and behold, they did not want to do this for me until I forcefully asked them about it. They told me that the funds has already been sent on 5th June 2013 to my "Standard Chartered" account number but I told them that I have NEVER given them my Account Details for Standard Chartered but the person on Live Chat tried to act smart and say that I'd have to wait 7 working days in order to get the money and insist that I waited till then before they do anything else.
With a lot of explaining and etc, I have finally made it through that they will look into the problem and get back to me with an answer. They have looked into the problem and said that the money is not back into their account yet. That was about 3-4 days ago and till now, I am still waiting for them to check on the money. They are still saying that my bank or their bank has yet to credit their account with the returned money.
I don't know what Betsson is trying to do but it seems that their Support Team can't help me on this and always push the problem to their Payments Department and there is no way to reach their Payments Department. You'd have to wait for their Payments Department to respond but they have not been communicating with me at all about this problem if I do not ask.
Till today, it has been 6 working days and yet the money is still in LIMBO and Betsson is saying that their processor is not getting back to them. I've asked them to check with their processor since Monday and till now it seems that they said their processor is still giving them no response.
Would this be my fault? I've NEVER given them my banking details for Standard Chartered Bank and yet they could just send it over to that bank as they like. I've only given them my other bank account which they should have sent the money there. However they just do as they like and could simply send money to anywhere they feel like it even after telling the Live Chat person who confirmed with me that this would be the bank that they are sending it to.
Since Betsson is accredited, would this be the way you would expect an accredited place to run?
