Anyone got a contact from Blue Square / G-Casino who actually ANSWERS your e-mails???
Or a Skype or MSM name please?

I've sent at least 3 e-mails and all I've got back is an automated response; "We will reply shortly"... then nothing. :(

Also, how come Blue Square are Accredited but the forum rep hasn't visited in years and his account is flagged as "dormant"? :confused:

Yes I did get hold of someone, but they couldn't understand why I was upset they they weren't sticking to their own affy T&Cs, and that I wasn't psychic!

My issue with them is still not resolved (i.e. they still haven't paid the money I am owed), but it is ongoing, so I'm not making any fuss about it at the moment. Let's give them a bit more time...
