Any U.S. players been paid by GoldenCasino since Doomsday?

Alternate approach to dealing with Golden Palace?

For those with money still stuck with these silly clowns, you might try complaining to the licensing organization for Golden Palace. It may or may not help getting the money, but it certainly made me feel better.

At least the licensing body replied to the complaint and agreed that an inordinate amount of time has passed to get paid.

You might even note how Golden Palace's behavior

1. Reflects poorly upon online gaming as a whole

2. Reflects poorly upon the licensing body

3. Makes it easier for anti-gaming groups to push anti-online-gaming agendas in the US.

What happened to "Allamericans"... who was such a staunch supporter of this crap casino?

He posted:

No matter what other people call Me, I am te person who has had personal contact with GC's director who gave a guarantee to solve any problem that is there personally.

Take it from there and solve your problems.

Care to comment on this Allamericans?

I see you DO still drop by here to lurk...

Check Arrives!

I received a check via FedEx this morning. It's slightly more than I had in my Golden Palace account, but Golden Palace is the only company that owes me money right now. Further evidence that this is likely from Golden Palace is the fact that I received a follow-up email this afternoon from a representative from the Antigua Gaming Commission. The representative wanted to know if I had received a check as Golden Palace had informed the Antigua Gaming Commission that a check had been sent to me.

Assuming the check clears, 5 months of frustration is over.

If you've been waiting for a significant amount of time on your money from Golden Palace, then I would advise filing a complaint with the Antigua Gaming Commission. From the date I filed the complaint to the date the check was at my door was less than a week.

But you aren't even sure what casino it came from... these are the days. Congrats anyway:thumbsup:

About 5 months also. Do you have the contact info for the commission?

Checks from Golden Palace Poker

Well, I've only had two cashouts via check in the works, one from GPP and one from another gaming site. I racked my brain for a couple hours trying to figure out if there was any other cashouts I was waiting on. I couldn't come up with anything, and the ping from Antigua solidified my conclusion.

Things are a lot easier to keep track of these days (before UIGEA and the Neteller implosion I had all kinds of virtual money flying around the internet. I was a major bonus chaser for a while -- poker, casinos and sportsbooks. Made a tidy sum :) Now I just play poker.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

There's a clicky for complaints. I got a reply from the commission within a few hours that wasn't a canned auto-reply. Start to finish I had my money in about a week once I got the commission involved.

No complaints about the check from my bank. Yippie.

I registered a complaint with them and this was the response:

Dear Joel,
This office is in receipt of your Complaint. We wish to inform you that goldencasino is not licence under the jurisdiction of Antigua and Barbuda.

Regrettable we are unable to assist you any further with your Complaint.

Goldencasino is who owes me, should I have said it was goldenpalace?

Agreed if so. But maybe the check hasn't really cleared yet; cleared and finalized are two entirely different things. Unless HRWP was unclear and this chargeback was for something else, then it might still be a sore bum with teeth marks for the poster.

Yes, I got my $1800 USD, And Stopped the $600 Chargeback on my
Credit Card. I'm Happy, But also pissed off that I cannot enjoy online
Gambing Anymore!

I feel ya! It's damn hard to enjoy watching the monkey chase the weasel just to deposit then pulling hen's teeth to withdraw. Hardly worth it for now.

Glad your check cleared:thumbsup:

As I have posted earlier, GC bounced a withdrawal to me back in February. Still haven't gotten my cash, but I did get a letter with a questionnaire from the State Attorney General of Utah regarding Web Merchant who had issued the check. Is there need for concern?
