I just started online casino (slots) like 2 days ago.

I was reluctant and a little nervous. So I only deposited $30.

I'm kind of happy so far, and a little excited. I managed to hit a few times, and now my balance is $825.

I'm trying to go through this so called- documents verification process.

I sent in what they requested. 1 day later, not even a email from them.

I'm on "Slots of Vegas" site

Is this normal?
Is the money real?

Hopefully, someone can a brand new person that just started.

No you are ripped you have to check casinos out before you ever deposit. That's why there's meister for you to check the bs casinos and the ones who actually pay when you win with not much bs. You allways got to verify at any casino but do it before you deposit. Good luck. Samdog21

Have you tried live chat or calling them ?

I had them on live chat , they said it takes 5 days to verify documents. Wow, that long ??
Unfortunately you have stumbled upon a casino from the notorious "Virtual Casino Group" who have been dicking players around for nearly 2 decades now :(
They WILL pay - but they will be very slow (usually 3-4 weeks minimum) and will try to get you to reverse your withdrawal requests (don't do it!)
See Casinomeister's review here: Virtual Casino Group | Not Recommended | Casinomeister

Like others have said above, you need to be very careful where you chose to play, especially if you are in the USA or Australia as very few are officially licenced there. There are plenty of good casinos who pay fast, but you just need to do a little research before you deposit.

I almost thought you were speaking of Slotty Vegas lol.

Slots of Vegas
- They are a Real Time Gaming casino - There are good ones out there, but Slots of Vegas is definitely a 2/10 from the looks of it.
- They do not have a license seal on their site
- They do not even have Terms and Conditions on their site, only a FAQ.
- If verification takes 5 days, imagine how long withdrawals will take.
- Their FAQ does not cover Verification topics, Withdrawal Topics etc.

Sorry you might get your money, but not anytime soon.

You need a good RTG casino to play at, I would suggest you try Casino xtreme or Brango Casino. They process withdrawals while you on the line with Live chat or lets say within 10 minutes.

Wish I would of found this forum sooner. I will try those other casino you lusted.

I was looking at it like- I'm glad it was only $30 investment. But, if I won over $600+, that would be nice to have.

They do pay but it takes time and patience. Follow their instructions to the "T" with the verification and keep sending them an email or speak to them on LiveChat every 2 - 3 days to remind them politely about the outstanding payment, emphasis on politely yet determined.

Under no circumstance play the winnings back because that is their aim. They do have a rep on this forum but she's not very active and was the last time here on 24th September 2019. If worst comes to worst we can try to alert her.

I suggest playing at CasinoMax, Roaring 21 or Cherry Jackpot Casino (all part of a trusted group), alternatively brands from the Bodog Group - Bovada, Slots.lv, Ignition Casino etc.

If you are in a US jurisdiction that allows online gaming, e.g. NJ, then here are some recommended choices: US Licensed Online Casino Reviews: Best & Trusted Sites - Casinomeister

Thank you for your help. I just raised my bets, played until the money ran out. I'll take it as a loss and move on to a different online casino. Lesson learned on these scammers.

That is what they are counting on, and probably one of the main reasons they are still in business today.

As you said, lesson learned. Do a little more research before you commit your hard-earned cash. :)

Why did you do that???
You've let them win their stupid game now :(
Sorry, but your actions are just the thing which encourages them to carry on with their shady practices with other unsuspecting newbies who stumble in to one of their casinos.

Why didn't you just leave your withdrawal to take it's course AND move on to another casino at the same time?

But they're not scammers? Dubious maybe, but they were going to pay. You were repeatedly told that they will pay if you have patience. You were told it would take weeks so five days is nothing.

What's the point to waste your balance and play it all back, if you're under the assumption that they won't pay?

Next time you play at a casino - Do the research. On top of the research, send your documents in before playing. That way, if you win, you won't have to wait for verification. Verification can still take some days on some casinos..

Chiya- your right, I should have let the winnings just sit there. But, after numerous attempts with no real customer service ( it just gives the impression), that you got scammed. I don't have patience to wait 2,3,4 months to get paid

Anyways- when you're brand new, you just not paying attention to the " verification of document" stuff.

I'm sure most new people just figured you pay by debit card, your winnings should be deposited back to debit card whenever you choose to.

These sites should simply say- we pay winnings within 48 hrs!

I tried to find a review site, so I could warn other new people.

I'm looking into:

Casinomax or Brango Casino

Hopefully they are alot better
Top notch!
I list both of them on my websites and have never had a complaint about either.
Also I have good contacts at both, and if any problems arose I know they would be dealt with quickly.

Not in America I'm sorry to say. No casino will pay out that way (except possibly the properly licensed ones in just 3 states...?).
Best option is Bitcoin. Brango will pay you instantly that way!

Just gonna borrow this thread a bit and ask..

How is it okay for casinos to demand photos of your credit card before you are allowed to withdraw? What is a photo of your cc supposed to prove? It's one thing to deposit by it when the card details etc are encrypted at the site, another is to send it through a fucking Gmail to a custom support staff that does God knows what with the image.

Last credit card I had I had to close because the info was stolen. Obviously unclear how and where. Now I've made point to not be careless with the info and mostly deposit by Trustly etc only. Yet now here's a casino demanding this photo before paying me and I don't want to oblige. What can I do?

You should be allowed to cover middle numbers (only 6 first and 4 last to show) and CVV code from back of card, then nobody shouldn't be able to use it anyhow.

Well mainly, it proves the card is yours and in your possession. If you haven't used the card at the casino then they wouldn't ask for it, just cover some of the numbers before you send it :)

This all depends on WHICH casino you are talking about.
If it's a reputable place, then you have nothing to worry about.
But if it's a dodgy joint like Slots of Vegas then you do have cause to be concerned.
