Another BUZZLUCK Problem

    Well there is another problem with Buzzluck for me and I tried to go through support and handle it there before voicing it here. Ok, I played a lot at Buzzluck because I like the strange game Babushka =) Anyway, there is a promotion going on the Victoria something where if you wager $250 and can not cash ( a noteable amount) you get a $100 back at the end of the promotion. Now, this promotion was going to start today through the 24th I believe, however at Club World they were offering the same thing but it was for this weekend...so I went to chat and asked since they were affiliated with one another could I play at Buzzluck and it still be honored and I was told yes. The guy from chat told me to send an email to This email is not visible to you. and they would put the $100 into my account. Of course, this didn't happen so I did the chat thing and was told today that this type of promotion was not done during the weekend, weekdays only and I told her to go and look at Club World and she would see it. So, I was on hold and she came back and told me I would have to wait until someone got back in. I get so aggravated about things like this. I have played thousands and won nothing from here, and then something like this happens. It really gets disappointing! :mad:

    I think that they all got screwed up this weekend. They had the cashback running at Club World all weekend and have another one running now also. Then the promos at Buzzluck and High Noon that you couldn't redeem. WTH were they doing this weekend?

    Looks to me like their promo department all had a brain glich and just hit random buttons. LOL!

    It's tough when you like a certain game, but I think it may be time to cut your losses and head somewhere else! Believe me, I totally get it, but it's not worth getting aggravated about it, it's just time to move on. I've been seeing a lot of not so good things about them from various sources and it may be best just to at least take a break why they get their crap together ;)

    Did you contact the rep?

    In my experience with these offers, they will not credit you before the promotion ends (I assume because they do it in one batch?). I'm also don't think you can combine deposits from other casinos in the group as they all have their own individual promos....however if the CSR said you could then they should honor it. I actually think it was a bit cheeky to ask for your weekend deposits at Buzzluck to count towards a promotion at club world, but that just my opinion (i.e. I would never do it).

    I don't think you have a right to get angry with them, as they are doing something for you that is not normally allowed so you should be happy that you are being offered it. Just be patient while they sort it out for you. If they don't then contact the rep and make sure you have the chat transcripts.



    So I don't think it is cause to accuse the casino of anything improper.

    Nifty, I guess I get a little "flustered" sometimes. In my defense I did ask if the deposits would count towards the promo since it is the same group....they said yes. My thinking is.....it's the same group so the money all goes to the same source, so why not? And, if they had said no I would have respected that as well. I'll send them another email and see what they say. I had already sent one over the weekend however they may be busy. We'll see :)

    I totally get your fascination with Babushka! Also-I wish we could pose your statement above to Tom. I have often thought that it would really add to their casino to be able to count your deposits within the group to maximize benefits. As you say-it all goes to the same source.

    Until they have uniform promotions across all casinos, I don't think this will happen as it will be too difficult to manage. Each casino has it's own promotions team so having to deal with other casinos as well would be a recipe for disaster IMO.

    I think their promos are pretty good anyway. If you don't like the promo at one, just play at another with a better one.

    Those "cash back" promos kill me.......... since I don't deposit alot, I would get maybe $12.50 on a 25% cash back......... ha! Then max cash out on it is 10 times........... it's good for building wagering points is about all, for me anyway.

    But, if you are getting $100, that's better, but, you had to lose the first $250.00, right??

    I think their promos are great! And I agree that it would be extremely CS support heavy to manage such a thing. I do get a lot of back and forth discussions with the promotions team who service multiple casinos within the group.

    I do apologise for the confusion on the part of our CS team on this promotion.

    For promotional purposes each of our casinos is handled separately, although we are actually working on a system that will enable these kind of joint promotions / comp points etc.

    From what i can see here i will be able to honour the promotion you are referring to in BuzzLuck, please can you PM me your username. Also if you can remember the advisor you spoke to please can you send me their name so i can make sure they dont repeat the mistake.

    That would be awesome! Wouldn't it also be cool to be able to transfer your $ to another casino in the group without having to withdraw, wait for the withdrawal to be processed, then redeposit? I'm sure it would be a lot more trouble than I'm thinking it would, but does anyone remember back when Grand Prive was Microgaming? That was one thing (the only thing) I really liked about them - if you had money in one, you could play it at any of the casinos in the group.

    Of course you'd have to set it up so that transferred funds wouldn't be eligible for deposit bonuses or maybe that you aren't allowed to transfer while a bonus is active or whatever....I dunno maybe it's a stupid idea anyhow. :oops:
