Question An honest Top Game casino, someone pinch me I must be dreaming?

On either note I still have questions that are left over to get answered first. Before I even considering throwing my money away, on LocoJungle, which I'm hoping Rob will answer.

As I see it, Nifty answered the most important question here:

As for the "managed by winward" statement from Robert.......that should be enough to make you run a mile.

If someone can point me in the right direction of the treads that points to the fact that Winward is a horrific place, then of course I'll believe what is being said.

Their rogue withdrawal rules don't just screw players, read this thread:

However, I am very interested in this particular question:

I would like to know where you got two of my emailadresses from if your affiliateprogram isn't even up yet?

Well Mr Miller?

Please don't avoid this question!

Or perhaps Malci (MissMD) wants to answer? She is the rep for Winward and their affiliate program Revenue Giants here. She was here three days ago, which means she is active.

It's not hard to believe that email addresses are coming from these casinos:

WinwardCasino BingoHall BingoCanada.com Vics-Bingo SlotsVillage BingoForMoney InternetBingo.com SouthBeachBingo InstantBingo RichCasino.com 7Spins.com 7Reels.com ThebesCasino.com CasinoMoons.com 21Dukes.com

Ok, well maybe I haven't done my due diligence, and what not ordeal. I guess probably part of it is laziness.
Part of it too is the me being gullible trying to find a new place to play, where I might feel lucky.

I guess I just haven't done all of my homework yet, other than asking questions of the rep and the casino reps.

So, basically you don't give a toss where you spend your money, and you want everyone else to do the legwork for you. IMO that is taking advantage of other member's goodwill, and it stinks.

My advice to other members is to stop spending their own time assisting the OP. Not only do they not even bother themselves, they won't listen anyway.

I had a stupid suggestion of trying to maybe see if they would be willing to change their rules. Really stupid and I take it back.
Reading all of those old threads about TopGame made me realize that they will never change anything.

They are evil, and the emails we got before they even have their affiliate program up shows their true nature.
...and the name is the worst joke this year since they want all RTG-players to believe they already knows them:rolleyes:

Well so far Nifty, the last complaint I have seen about said group was back in May. They aren't rouged, so common nifty. Explain to me on why gods given earth you feel that I have it out for you on because I have decided to give a group that has relatively few complaints. A try, I'm sorry you feel such vengeance against them, but as I have stated before in this same thread. I still haven't gotten all the answers that I've wanted answered satisfied from the rep. Who I have been communicating with in PM. So I still may not play with them if there answers don't satisfy me.
Your already going out and attacking me for no reason. I am doing some work without going thru threads that are more than a year old. As far as I'm concerned nothing new other than 1 complaint has happened since May. So unless if you convince me otherwise, I'm working on asking the rep some very good questions before I play.
Goodness, apparently if someone doesn't agree with Nifty, it's thrown them to the curb time.
Common the guy has already assured me both in chat and via the rep, that I will see a pay out within a week. I could actually live with a $500/month payout if the group honestly pays within a week of approving the withdrawal.
I'm just waiting on a concrete response to the whole needing to make 3 deposits before you can withdrawal rule. If he can't bypass that, then of course it would be stupid for me to make a deposit, because that means I have go thru 2 deposits with basically busting out before I can withdrawal. Now that doesn't take a person with a brain to figure out that's a horrible deal.
So please, unless if you can prove to me without a shadow of a doubt, that this guy and chat rep are going to screw me over. I would suggest you leave this between the casino rep and I. So far he's been honest and straight forward with me and has even said he's going to find out if his cashier department is going to follow thru with said rule or not.

That could be because everyone has learned to not deposit there.
Why do you need absolute proof that someone would screw you over? Isn't the mere suggestion they could enough? Lord knows there are solid and reliable casinos out there, why even risk it?

Hello,

I have read some of your questions and hopefully I will be able to answer them for you.

As far as the affiliate program goes, all the structure is working and the program is live, it is just not yet advertised to the general public as the website, style and some banner sets are still being worked on. As said in my first post, you are welcome to contact us directly for more details on the affiliate program. Should go live to the general public within couple weeks.

As to clear all skepticism, Winward provides management services to LocoJungle, such as player signup, support, withdrawals and general customer service. This is on top of our own Reps being available to the players. That way we can guarantee a great experience and quick service.

With Winward behind you why would any of us want to promote your casino or play there for that matter? You obviously shoulda taken a few minutes to find a better management team. Winward is in no way quick with anything, even support takes forever.

I don't know..that didn't clear any skepticism from my end.

What about your name? That's clearly a play off of Loco Panda and Slots Jungle. Who just happened to get into it with a Rome rep. Coincedence? Nah, me don't think so.

And this?

Please answer this!

To send out invitation emails directly is smart, because then the players will never go through an affiliate, and the company will save a lot of money.
In this case everyone believes of course that they have just taken Winwards customerlist and sent out an invitation, but that's not true either.
I have never signed up at Winward. The only TopGame I have signed up to was Rome and Rich casino a few years back, so the emails are from them. Nice to know:rolleyes:

How many times have we seen this, a new TopGame rep, a new TopGame casino that is supposedly a standalone, then only to be uncovered they are all attached at some point.

TopGame casino's are no different than the Virtual group, deception, lies and thieves.

If it looks like shit and smells like shit, its shit!!

Dont waste your time or money.

Exactly!

When Rich Casino opened as a Top Game casino a few years back, they used Winward support AND phone numbers. :what: When Rome Casino opened as a Top Game casino a few years back they used Winward support and phone numbers. :what:

When Rich Casino together with some other casinos became rogued here, Winward took over. Even if we all knew they were together from the start, they now had an excuse to be together.

Your email address from Rich Casino is with Winward since years back Tirilej!

Here´s one explanation more:

Old / Expired Link

This probably means that all Top Game casinos can send out spam to all former affactive email adresses.

FTR: Mayflower was a Top Game casino ran by same people who run Win Palace etc.

I was going to star a similar thread

I used to love topgame. I enjoyed their games very much and even though the operators were generally slow payers, I got every penny. Now, there are no good topgames. Even if they pay, they have amazingly poor rules and the rules about $500 max payments and 10x max cashout on deposits under $250 are absurd. If one deposits more than $250 and plays slots, when one wins, it's most likely to be a really large amount and $500 max payments are absurd. If one deposits less, they can't even play slots fairly because their wins are truncated by the 10x max cashout.

Can't we have an honest topgame that gives fair bonuses (even if only ~50%) and pays out in a reasonable manner without any restrictions? I'd sign up for sure.

As of now, the entire group is rogue.

Don't laugh, but Mayflower in its past form would be more than welcome as compared to the current topgame providers.

One would think that this question wouldn't be all that hard to answer, no? I don't understand why every TopGame is just alike in every single way.

Oh yes I do. It's because they are the same outfits over and over with different names.

Same support, same ridiculous rules, same cashout bullshit term and impossible payout time frames.

The saddest part of the whole thing is they think by changing their name they will magically appear not so bad.

Want to know something even sadder? People will fall for it.

That, my friends, is how a rogue stays in business.

The saddest part for me is i really like alot of the slots at Topgame, many are better than RTG slots, i did cash out once at Rome but it was so much trouble to get my money that i have never been back, if there was ever an accredited Topgame casino i would love to deposit there.

Why any operator would spend money developing great software just to run rogue sites is beyond me!

Al

Let me get this straight, this 3 deposit rule. I get lucky on my 1st deposit and get it up to 1k and I can't cashout any of it?

Why the hell would anyone sign up? Just that one rule alone ought to scare you far away.

Well and so far it would seem as if the rep is ignoring my questions, and everyone else's questions. So as far as I'm concerned no dice.
I just can't understand why an outfit that seems to willing to come out and say hi. Even offer a no deposit chip to try them out. Would be against paying a lucky player on there first deposit.
Surely Top Game has be getting tired of changing names on there casinos, and must be wanting some business. So why play honest and what not.
And to think I was about to toss money away at place that apparently isn't going to answer my questions even a forum setting.

Have you looked at the Box24 Group?
I'm 99% sure they are independent: They started out on TopGame initially, switched to Rival software, then switched back to TopGame when Rival blocked off the USA.
Their maximum payout is $2,000 per transaction, once per week for your first withdrawal, and $4,000 per transaction for subsequent withdrawals. They have also assured me that the x10 rule for deposits under $250 ONLY applies when taking bonuses.
My affiliate manager there is always available to sort any problems (he did used to be with Sloto'Cash).
This is the only TopGame group I trust enough to list on my website, and so far I have not heard any bad feedback about them.
You might want to check them out...?

Given the current climate, I would want to be 100% sure if I were promoting them.

Just sayin.

I also recall Box24 being pretty honest and straightforward in their Rival days. I have no love for TopGame slots but if some players like them IMO it would be better to try it out at Box 24 which had not attracted many complaints in their Rival days and not recently after switching to Top Game than trying out some outfit called Locojungle which is an unknown quantity and claims to be honest. As Nifty said, whether Box24 is truly independent is an important factor before starting to deposit there though but if its simply a choice between a rock and a hard place then maybe a box is much softer.:D

thanks

Thanks for the info on this casino. I think I've played there in the old Rival days, yes, they were good. Won't really work for me though, as I do prefer to play with a bonus of some kind and I refuse to play slots with a max cashout. After all, all the fun in slots is hitting a jackpot.
