I once put £50 through one of those motor way service slots without a single win at £1. It had the effect of annoying me so much that I will never play one of them ever again.

That's exactly what i did - never played one since. I did get a response, but it was basically a fob off - even did it from my work email to make it more "official" looking and to show i wasn't just another piss-taker. All Storms maths are pretty bad, but it's crazy that they could even consider doing games like that... it just shows a total lack of insight and mathematical competence to me..
