anyway here it is

dont play allslots!

Their vague TC stated:

Once the bonus has been granted, players receiving a $50 bonus will be
required to wager their bonus amount a further 10 times
($50x10=$500)before cashing in.

And it applies to cashin in your initial 20 bucks too!

I am fcked to be gently. I lost their 50 bonus on JoB 9/6 with only wagering 320 dollars. this is absurd! So i wanted to cashin my 20 bucks and this cheaters say i need to gamble initial 180!! I will lose all with their rigged games.

I play perfect VP, coz i have many training hours on WinPoker. I played .25 per round.

their CS: email you 24 hours after you emailed a question. ICANT undertand that kahnawake gaming commision approved them. This morons indians are fcking working together with casinos. you couldnt have approved such a bad casino. Their website sucks, TC is vague and CS is very bad.

apekop -

If it's stated in the T&C, it's your responsibility to understand the rules and then you can accept or deny them. As far as I can see that statement explaining the wagering requirements is quite clear and not the least bit vague.

Yeah right! Read this from Captaincooks casino where you CAN cash in you deposit not fulfilling WR:

General Bonus amounts and minimum purchase must be wagered eight times before cashing-in. Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the promotion completing or the promotional bonus will be subject to deduction from the player's account.

It is the same as allslots TC mofo's but those bastards then say you cant withdraw deposit. They must clearly state it in their TC.

Allslots.com: before cashing in. - No deposit cash in

Captaincooks: before cashing-in. - Deposit cahin allowed if WR no fulfilled

So how can I make a difference between them? Can you? I have no words to describe you spearmaser, and if i had you would only see this: %#$%$%^%@$

Captain Cooks says:

"New Player Bonus amounts and initial purchase must be wagered eight times before cashing-in.

General Bonus amounts and minimum purchase must be wagered eight times before cashing-in. Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the promotion completing or the promotional bonus will be subject to deduction from the player's account. "

It doesn't say anywhere that the deposit can be cashed in if you haven't met the wagering requirements. In fact, they will return the money to your casino account if you haven't met the requirements. I know this from experience with them. It is the same for virtually all Microgaming casinos.

The only places I've found that do work as you describe are either Playtech or Cryptologic casinos.

Spearmaster is right, there's nothing vague about allslot's terms. In fact they are FAR easier to find than Capt. Cooks terms & conditions. That link is hidden in tiny script at the bottom of the page in a graphic. And both casinos are licensed by the same Indian tribe.

You only wagered $320 out of $500 required to cashin any funds. They consider that you play with your own money first, then their bonus money, so the $20 you have left in your account isn't your initial deposit, its part of their bonus. I've never been thrilled with their vp machines either, but the rules are quite clear. Whether they are rigged or not is a different issue entirely.

apekot,

Apparently, you have lost money, which you were not prepared to lose. I think we've all done the same a time or two and can certainly sympathize. Insulting people in the forum, who are only being honest and informative will not make you feel better. If gaming upsets you to such an extent maybe you should leave it alone for a while. I hope you aren't offended because I'm sure it was no one's intention to do so.

no i havent lost any money yet. But if i will play the required WR i will lose my 20 bucks

anyway its not the money but the vague and misleading TC of them. It should sound "before ANY cashin"

i am sure other people trapped in their fall, and trust me i will revenge myself! These bastards keep cheating people!

If you don't play the bonuses, you won't have these stressful problems.

I don't see anything misleading. It looks pretty clear to me.
