As for bank statements being used as proof of address... I moved in Feb but still have a couple of old savings accounts that I haven’t changed yet. I bank online and have paperless statements.
Theoretically I could move several times and still use statements showing the old address by simply downloading each time.
So I can understand that a bank statement alone is not TOTAL proof of where you live.
A council tax bill would be though as I think all responsible for paying it are named on the bill.
My trouble is that they are issued once a year....

Funnily enough a council tax bill was no good for Fun as it was a few days over the 3 months, despite only being issued once a year.
Nor was one of my bank cards that wasn't signed, yet have used the exact same one at pretty much every other casino I am verified at no problem.
Nor was my other card that they couldn't see the correct numbers on the back of the card, again, I have used that same photo on numerous other casinos, including Fun I believe, and if not, certainly at other L&L casinos (bear in mind I was fully verified at Fun when asked for the ID again)

I did the same as you, just playing at other casinos and also closed my Fun account. I think Jan is easily one of, if not, the best reps on here, but I cba to be messed about on an account that was already verified.

In their defense: Gris from complaints gave me a 100,- no wagering bonus to make up for the whole situation.

well, they did all keep saying different things etc. so it was their bad.

So they matched my deposit.
