Trouble is and this goes to all sites, Players should not be needing to go to support to ask such questions, surley there is measures in place to let us know? Most support are useless as well (most sites) nothing to suggest from my experianse that yours is not any good
Also it was like a thread the other day when terms had changed, we was than given a link to the terms but them links didn't even bring us to the said rule change, we was told that we should should keep up to date with all rules
I agree but at least tell us at the time of agreeing to terms whats been changed, If we had to read every term when a small rule has changed than we will not have no time to gamble. Plus than going to live help to see if we are bonus banned.
Not long back there was one site that changed the rules about 6 times in a week, how are we ment to read every word ? again these rule changes are on other sites and not yours.
