All Star, Buzzluck anyone else having casino issues

So tonight i logged into allstar and won a lot. But then it had me UNINSTALL the casino to apply update so i done that. So while i was playing the slots i would spin and it would stop on its own almost immediately after i hit spin. I eventually cashed out because it was cheating. Went over to buzzluck made deposit, it started doing the same thing. Anyone else having this issue. Never had this problem before but if this is due to their update they need to fix it because its cheating players but stopping it immediately after spinning.

Well, glitch perhaps and loss of suspense. I don't see it as a cheat though.

Glitches cost players money that go to the casinos without crediting the player for the glitch because it is considered a game error. So in my book yes cheating even if its unintentional because during the time that the player has to apply the update everything changes. Also making a player apply an updating that requires them to reinstall the game while they are winning is wrong in so many ways. I usually vouch for CWG but not in this instance so want to know whats going on.

You didn't say in your op it didn't' credit wins. Simply having a losing result isnt cheating.

Sounds to me like it's just in Turbo spin mode. That's how I always play. Check your settings on slots?

I just checked your game logs. The winnings came from Lucha Libre slots so I assume you played that game when the described event happened.

Could you please check if the Speed button on left bottom corner is set to the normal speed. This specific game have 3 levels of speed you can turn on by clicking on it.



Please check and see if that's the case if not I will review it further.

Hi Karolina,

It happened several times during Lucha Libra and no my settings are not on auto spin i played other slots too with the same issue on both wins and losses. But something is definitely going on because i just deposited, tried to load up and i kept geting error game loads that the slots failed to lod. It eventually went through but it has been very weird since the update.

The only trouble I have been having with CWC and Lucky Red is super slow spins.

It has gotten worse here lately. It use to work great when I had another casino open at the same time, for some reason. I wouldn't even be playing the other one.

Now, that doesn't even help. I tried the speed setting on auto and it really doesn't

spin at all, just starts and stops instantly. I really didn't care for that mode of play.

I really get frustrated with it and I am sure my deposit history has suffered for it.

They fixed something cause DAANG. I been hitting left and right and no more errors. I cancelled my prior cashout and well its almost now up to 1k from the 270 i was having. WIll post screenshots

hahha, atm i cant seem to do anything wrong on spinning. It hasnt been like this in years. I play down to a certain amount and if i win i win. But this will cover my plane ticket to nationals next month. No more ramen noodle yaaa

EXCEPT on Orc Vs Elf. That one is still a royal pain to get anything anymore

I actually saw that once u got ahold of it, the approval was very fast. Thank you and the winnings just kep happening for two days. I reviewed my account with All star, the last time i had payouts like this or any payout was like 6 months ago. Also, CWG may want to review the account process. When i reviewed it, it said that prior withdrawals were DECLINED, when in actuality i had cancelled them for taking too long then juse used the funds. Shouldnt they say CANCELLED not DECLINED>

It's how the system respond to any cash out reversal. You are right the message could be clearer. I will see if any amendments can be done.
