all slots casino ( MG )/ payment mistake= problem

Hey thanks for the information guess what??? Allslots have technical problems and no payments are being processed today. Again another day gone and no payment for me.

Again:rolleyes:

They need to pull their finger out. Too many technical problems with paying out causes players to lose faith in the operator. They seem to have been beset by one technical problem after another this year, and if anything, their move to Digimedia seems to have made matters worse. This is not US facing, it shouldn't be happening.

Yes it's always the same please be patient. I have private messaged the rep but had no reply I've kept all emails and contact date and times I have no fair at all in allslots now. And will never youse them again. I'm really greatful for the help I have recieved from the forum. I'm not really sure what my next move is from here. How much longer do I wait?

Hopefully only until tomorrow.

If not, it might be worth considering a complaint to eCogra. Non US facing casinos should not be getting these repeated problems that seem to take far too long to resolve. Earlier this year, I suffered a technical problem that caused my withdrawal to get stuck in "forever pending" for well over a week. The rep sorted it out. Then this thread opens with a most peculiar issue, and greatly unsatisfactory response that left players waiting a MONTH for the rest of their money (it should have been a DAY). Then all of a sudden they can't pay back to UK VISA cards despite having done so for years, and now yet another issue has led to them being unable to pay back to an eWallet as well. So, today they can't pay back to VISA, and they can't pay back to Neteller. Yesterday it was a problem only with VISA. Will tomorrow see them lose the ability to write a cheque:(

Just FYI

IN some countries, including mine, casinos can NOT send payouts to ANY credit cards. The most they can do is refund the amount/s deposited in the past 3 months.

Allslots have paid me !!!!!

Hey all

Allslots have indeed paid me this evening the withdrawal was deposited in to my Netteller. One week of calling emailing and trying to live chat I have been paid it's been a nightmare I won't be playing there again I have never experienced anything like it. Thank you all for your help and private messages of advise. Just have to get the money from my netteller account to my bank now xx

This has not been the case in the UK for VISA cards. I have had refunds that have put the card in credit by several thousands. It seems that something has changed recently and casinos are finding that they can't even refund past deposits to UK VISA cards in some cases. It also seems to be coming as a surprise to casinos as they are only finding out when the player asks why they haven't been paid yet.

Ladbrokes, for example, decided to give eWallets the "red headed stepchild" treatment some years ago, and said that only players depositing by credit card could take part in the promotions. This has been a trend in the industry for some while. Now, we are seeing card users being told to "open a Neteller account" so that the casino can pay them. This will have the effect of moving regular card depositors over to using eWallets, or the even less desirable situation for casinos where players routinely deposit with a card, but receive their withdrawals via Neteller (or Skrill). A "money launderer's paradise" if we are to believe the casinos' arguments as to WHY they are so insistent on paying back to the method of deposit, no matter how badly this inconveniences the player.

Neteller users do not usually find that casinos say they can't pay back to the method of deposit, and since Neteller was set up specifically to service the online gambling industry, it does not raise flags when users put gambling transactions through in abundance. I have also used cards, and they can be a pain in the arse with trigger happy automated protection systems blocking as many as 50% of gambling deposits, not to mention the fact that casinos want extra documentation for using a card just once. Neteller is so much simpler, and is truly "instant".

To those casinos trying to steer players away from eWallets towards using cards, the card issuers don't like it!!

Having opened a Neteller account, may as well use it from now on for gambling deposits and withdrawals in preference to the card.

You will first have to get a "verified" Neteller account. They will want the documents a casino usually asks for. You can then either request a cheque, or for £5 you can connect a bank account to your Neteller account and have the money transferred. Bank transfers take about a week in spite of the new faster payments regime in the UK, so it may be worth saving the £5 and requesting the cheque instead.

Alternatively, you can use this new Neteller account instead of your card for gambling in future. It can be helpful when it comes to budgeting as Neteller will not allow you to go into a debit balance. Leave your usual gambling budget in Neteller, and take a cheque for the rest of the winnings.

It is also possible to get a Net+ card that can be used to buy things from shops like a regular card, but direct from your Neteller account. It also allows access to Neteller funds from any ATM, but unlike UK bank cards, Neteller charge a fee that even applies to those "free" ATM machines.

Hey Folks,

It's been awhile since I've come by... seems the topic is still active..

If you have been following my posts in this topic, Jackpot city paid me very quickly, called me twice a day and emailed me daily, sent me a bottle of champagne and continue to contact me weekly to be sure I'm happy...

I did cancel my account with All Slots like I said I would, emailed them.. in writing.. asked them for the (what feels like) 30th time.. and low and behold I log in tonight to see, and they STILL have not cancelled my account...

So, asking them to freeze my account after I won as I thought I needed support to not gamble, asking then to cancel my account when I didn't want to play anymore after the awful ordeal, asking them to flush/ block/suspend/, doesn't matter... No response...

Responsible gambling my ass.. I refuse to give them a cent anymore.

Thankfully I have not gone full tilt again, but I must ask...

CasinoMeister... WHY are the still affiliated? I don't think its responsible to condone a casino that treats people this way, and also, we trust your accreditation and this casino is toxic..

Please put these guys under warning.. this is ridiculous.

Jedi...

Unfortunately Casinomeister-Bryan hasn't even read this thread, but since you're questioning him both here and in another thread I have reported this thread to make him aware of it.

You haven't made it clear why they are "toxic." It seems to me that you have requested your account to be closed because you don't like them. If this is the case, then uninstall their software and don't play there anymore. Seems like a reasonable solution. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

If you have a gambling problem, then that is another story. Please contact the casino rep immediately, and I'm sure your account will be blocked from further use.

wouldnt say there toxic but things realy do need looking at ,considering these guys are accredited but making lots of mistakes & a fair ammount of lies to go with this , im no longer wet behind the ears as such but have had my share of problems over something pretty simple i dont like lies full stop from any casino & these guys are a class act in moving from one department to another .

they realy should be looked at it more detail , i as a player trust your website & players views , the whole group is very laid back when it concerns payment & getting things sorted swiftly , i can see to them turning a blind eye to a account closure & amongst other things they state & before you may question to why im pointing it out theyre liers this is a 100% fact , if a player makes a mistake they get punished hard normaly seeing there winnings go down the drain but when it comes to this outfit theyve pretty much got away with things for far to long .
