Hi, I have been having a huge issue with ABC for the last few weeks.

It started when I deposited a 4 figure amount, this went through instantly - no checks or hassle whatsoever. I proceeded to play in the live casino and lost the majority of this deposit. But when attempting to withdraw the remainder of this money (still 4 figures although significantly less than deposit) I was required to fill out an 'enhanced due diligence' form. This was filled out and for the next few days various bank statements and ID was requested to a point where it felt I would never be able to verify and this was just the casinos attempts to keep my money from me.

Since this has happened I have submitted a formal complaint to ABC (yet to recieve a reply after 2 weeks) and have also had my ABC account banned so im unable to even log in.

I would thoroughly appreciate an advise or solutions to this problem I am having, Thank you.
 
As you already had an active PAB on this same issue before you posted this, I have put your PAB on hold and request that you kindly re-read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures, with special attention to item 1.10

Please let us know in your PAB ticket whether you would like to continue posting here OR continue with the PAB.
 
That’s those ridiculous SOW requests having caught up with you ;-)
Plus dont use 3rd party funds, and move to gambling on our sites after :) That saves A LOT of hassle :)
 
Yeah but if its a PAB i cant answer either, or?

Anyway, didnt win any award, so my response times have been delayed from now on :)

no guys, I had just put out a potential event that often occurs. To be honest, if nothing is provided there is not much to be reviewed or to be dealt with.

glad to see you saw the funny side, the way it was intended, from me at least, I know Goatie can be very serious at times though.

I have just deleted your other thread posted today about this exact same subject. You were advised above by PAB Admin @GourdFollower about posting AFTER you submitted a PAB, now you break another rule by posting a duplicate thread. Last chance if you have a genuine PAB complaint - let PAB Admin know as advised earlier. Break any more rules, forget it my friend!
 
At this point I'm going to assume that everyone is waiting on the PAB and temporarily lock this thread to prevent any confusion in that regard.

@L&L-Jan : check my recent PAB Summary for a last minute addition. ;)
