I joined Videslots a couple of weeks ago and accepted the 100% bonus upto £200,i deposited £400 and played for a few hours it went well and my balance after wagering was complete was over £900(Happy days),i went to withdraw and was told i needed to verify my account first,fair enough i guess,though i think they should not accept any deposits until they verify you,they trust you enough to deposit money but not to take money back out?...i sent my card details/driving licence,and proof of address,my card was accepted but the other 2 rejected,and they asked for my Passport,so i sent them that and they rejected it(im not sure what other photo ID your average person has but thats all i have.Anyway the next email came saying we are closing your account and keeping your deposits according to (some terms),the term basically said we can close any account without any explanation...here is final email i got,i have no idea how i failed any standard verification checks?,i sent them everything they asked for...so i am £400 out of pocket,plus my winnings,i dont understand how a company can get away with this,to me it is theft?

I would be really surprised and disappointed if it turns out that this is not a fraudster, because that would mean some people at VS is bad at doing their job.
I want to trust those who work and deal with our documents at VS to know what they are doing, and I doubt that Daniel can ''fix'' this for him.

Time will tell I guess but I've seen that kind of posts way too many times to believe them.

From our end, this case is closed and I can assure you that everything has been done by the book from Videoslots side. That includes you too Terrijohn. Askgamblers gave you guys 60 days to bring your case to an ADR. I suggest you do a PAB if you wish to take this further here on Casinomeister. However, without an ADR present, you will have the same result as with Askgamblers.

Given the nature of this issue I'm changing the thread title. If evidence is forthcoming that the original title was justified I'll happily change it back.

FTR the original thread title was "Videoslots stole my deposit+winnings".
 
How dare you call me out on a forum when I hadn't even mentioned my issues with videoslots. My complaint with videoslots is currently with an ADR, and that's all I'm gonna say about that. Also why would you say "you guys" when referring to me? Nice to see that my complaint is still fresh in your mind though.
 
I have no idea what ADR or PAB are,i will look it up,i have contacted IBAS as thats who VS said to go to,but after working out how to do that i got an email saying they take 12-14 weeks,thats forever for what i see as no reason,maybe when i get my money they will add interest lol?

If you read the casino's Terms you'll see section 7 regarding Complaints, ADR (= Alternate Dispute Resolution) appears there and tells you who you are supposed to take your dispute to if you are unsatisfied with the casino's decision. In your case it's IBAS. You have no choice in this, that's where you need to take your issue regardless of how long they may or may not take to get to it.

PAB = Player ArBitration, a free arbitration service that we offer to our membership. See "Submit PAB" in the nav bar at the top of any forum page here at Casinomeister.

As mentioned before, you need to submit a complaint via our arbitration service. We will process it immediately since this is high on our radar.
 
Hmm, I wonder how you would react if you had been called out on a forum that you had just registered with, regarding a complaint that nobody else should know about. Considering I have not said or done anything to provoke Dan's actions.

I would have kept my cards close to my chest and refrained from a "How dare you!" protest. The next thing I'd expect is that you slap Dan in the face with your gloves and challenge him to a duel.

Best thing to do is just maintain.

My cards are close to my chest which is why I haven't mentioned anything about my case, and expected the same from one of the top casinos representative's. Also if I had a pair of gloves I would be challenging him to a duel followed by a slap in the face, but alas no gloves, therefore no slapping.
