Aggravating and boarder line stalling at an RTG Casino.

Playing at a very well known RTG Casino today. Known for its INSTANT withdrawals.
I was approved months ago deposited in BTC never had a cash out.
Today I take a non wagering bonus. Within first 10 min up 200 so go to cash out. They say well non wagering means 1 x play thru OK fine I know I will still be able to cash out.
Now live chat says I need 23 more $ and I said where do I find that info. Look at cashier that says I need 41.00. OK fine still OK.
Now I'm counting spins and when I hit 40 played I go to cashier I look and it says 20.00 left. So I think to myself OK now spins values are half and or this is messed up. Who cares count another 40 spins clear play thru.
Now I go to the INSTANT WITHDRAWAL TAB
put info in -hit send it says will take up to one hour. Fine I wait. I get an email saying we have your withdrawal and will send another email as soon as processed.
Wait another hour still playing with remaining balance. Getting low I look again nothing. Contact chat.
Hi its been 2 hours and my withdrawal is still sitting.
Response: oh you need to contact live chat for that. I said the tab in cashier says INSTANT WITHDRAWAL.
they say yes but still need to tell us. What> OK where does it say that. It dose'nt. So I said OK i'm telling you now. Then they said you need to send email to support OK I do that wait 15 min in chat to make sure they got it. Then they come back and say sent.
I said OK do you have the addy its coming from so I can watch blockchain?
They never came back to chat.

That pisses me off more then waiting in live chat. Waiting I swear is like listening to elevator music in my head.
I checked blockchain with my addy and its sitting there uncomfirmed witch tells me I pissed them off and it was sent lowest possible fee.

What gets me mad : why have an instant tab if its not instant? Nowhere did I see anything saying contact live chat.
This to me is boarder line stall tacit. What if I lost all money I could have had a chance to reverse it. I didn't know and I call bs on that system.
 
Is this Casino Extreme? Odd and unacceptable behaviour I think. If it is Extreme, there's a rep you may want to PM.
 
I dunno how you missed that you need to contact chat in order to do get the withdrawals done instantly, but I see it right here under the "Instant Withdrawal" tab.

If it is indeed Casino Extreme then it has always been the case that instant withdrawals are done through live chat. If you just process it normally it will sit pending till it is processed depending on their payout times.

Not palyed their in many a year but when i did i went to live chat and money was in neteller before i finished talking to person on chat.
 
What paul7388 said above is correct. I think it even says it somewhere in the banking section that you need to go to live chat and all to get it processed instantly.
 
I didnt see that probably because i had other windows open computer... I got money but what bugs me is the tab saying instant. Would you think you would need to read something else to get it? Thay should be right above where you put your amount in. usually the spot on that side is live chat and or coupon crap so most probably wouldnt look either
