AGAIN problem with flushing withdrawals at GoWild

So, it took another 15 minutes to try convince the rep on chat that flushes need to be processed immediately, as Gina assured us here. Again (this is my 2nd thread about it) this is not being done. The answer I get is that they have phoned and e-mailed Finance, and that my withdrawal will be flushed asap after which Finance will notify me by email. The rep told me that Finance is out of office, so I must assume that we will have continuous problems with flushing our withdrawals. I am not a happy camper:mad:
 
Maybe this again shows wait until you express your anger towards a casino. Give them a chance to give you service or react.
I have done same mistake as you in past. But have moved on also done other stupid mistakes which people remembers me in a bad way I am afraid La Vida :p But let that rest.

I just cashed out eur130 there some mins ago - not possible to flush it until "finance" have got my passport and utility bill and they dont work now. Maybe this is normal, and i dont complain, just wanted to add it to the thread. :)
 
Nope, Gowild just don't WANT to flush withdrawals....or they're not smart enough, I guess.
Why on earth is it so hard for them to have their cs flush withdrawals right away, and on request, when other places can do this ? cough32Redcough...They like to compare themselves with the best, but again and again, this bs comes up.
As late as last week my wife requested a withdrawal being flushed, and absolutely zip happened until 2 days later, when it was paid out....It was never flushed.

It's been 24 hours and they have not flushed, let alone processed, my withdrawal.
I have not heard anything from support or finance.

Also, the move from reversible to work-in-progress is not automatic after the pending period is up.

It may seem they have quit flushing withdrawals altogether.

It may be a change implemented this month, as the info was updated recently.

I made a cashout today in GoWild and had to have an endless discussion with support before they finally flushed it (rest assured, contact the relevant department and so on and so on). The payment afterwards was done superfast, but it was annoying to talk things over that many other casinos do within half a minute without any problem. Although I rarely reverse my withdrawals, a few times I made really bad mistakes and its a safe feeling when the funds are "out of reach".
Thanks to Gowild for my fast cashout, but they should really do something about the flushing issue.

From my experience, GoWild is by far the worst casino when it comes to any type of communication. As for flushing, every time I have asked, they actually take longer than the regular 24 hours just to get it out of my account - almost like they do it out of spite. Same bloody thing every single time!! At this moment, I have been politely trying for 2 days to get my winnings flushed, but no one is listening or replying. Live Help is absolutely useless, as is email, as is the VIP Manager. Once I get paid (if I get paid, lol), my GoWild account will be then be flushed (by me)!
