So, it took another 15 minutes to try convince the rep on chat that flushes need to be processed immediately, as Gina assured us here. Again (this is my 2nd thread about it) this is not being done. The answer I get is that they have phoned and e-mailed Finance, and that my withdrawal will be flushed asap after which Finance will notify me by email. The rep told me that Finance is out of office, so I must assume that we will have continuous problems with flushing our withdrawals. I am not a happy camper


But let that rest.
