I'll keep it brief. Deposited £50.00 friday, took advantage of one of these ridiculous 200% bonus's.. somehow managed to get a big hit on primal... 80pence spin paid 1200. Continued to wager on various other slots etc. Eventually cashed out a total of £3350.10. Was told they would process and pay this out monday.. monday arrives and still was told it would be paid before 5pm.. constant lies which didnt surprise me.

They have now requested so many documents its untrue..

Photograph of myself holding today's newspaper.. proof of address, photo of driving licence and photo of debit card..

On initially registration I checked to see if anything was required to verify. Answer was no from the live chat on several occasions as there site went down when I was trying to play.. shock horror.

A quote from the rep mark is also comical..

"I can see that you're withdrawal has been sent to the team responsible for checking gameplay, this is pretty standard practice on a large withdrawal from a small deposit "

Black and white, they do not want winning players..

Who are these jokers???

Alex

Hi Ag14,

Thanks for the post.

As explained to you via PM earlier today, the profile of your account matches a recent influx of fraudulent registrations we have been receiving. We have asked for additional identification documents as unfortunately our security team have a concern that the identity provided on the account may not belong to you. By asking for what I agree is unusual, this is usually enough to cause a fraud ring a lot of hassle but any genuine player can provide it with the smallest amount of effort. Have you provided the requested docs yet?

As explained on PM (where I also responded on a Sunday, many “jokers” dont’t) I’m here to assist and if you are indeed the genuine owner of the identification used to register, this should be a simple process. Let me know if you can’t provide what’s been requested and I am sure we can work around it.

I’d like to apologise for the confusion where the support team didn’t read a note on your account to see your withdrawal has gone for additional verification - that’s not good enough - and also the downtime you experienced. I will be passing the feedback on.

Feel free to message if you need to, however comments regarding “comical replies” and posting personal messages etc usually make my patience wear thin quite quickly.

Thanks
Mark

Can you actually imagine walking into a bank and going for a loan and them asking if you could step outside buy today's newspaper and then take a picture and come back in with it.

Can you imagine being an experienced member of the forum and commenting on a post from a newbie member without knowing the background?

Newbie member of a forum? Do you not see what a pathetic outfit you work for when I have to message someone like yourself on a forum to gain accurate information? Don't try and dig people out you fool..

Can I ask how my account matches a recent influx of fraudulent registrations? I deposited money by a legitimate source, won and now 32red refuse to pay. Might I also add before I deposited I enquired if my account was verified and I was told in no uncertain terms yes..

If I had lost my £50.00 deposit would you be chasing me to provide all the the requested information? I think not. You accept deposits no questions asked and then refuse to pay when people win from as you say "small deposits"

You want people depositing hundreds and losing the lot.

Can you imagine being an experienced member of the forum and commenting on a post from a newbie member without knowing the background?

You've even admitted yourself that your firm have no real clue about what they are doing internally regarding customer queries.. I've never had a problem with any other operator basically refusing to pay winnings unless they receive a selfie with today's paper.. its absolutely bizarre

Anyone else had a betting company ask for a selfie with today's paper after winning?

Is this forum moderated by operators also as I cant post any replies until they have been approved? Something else that's very strange as I thought this was a public forum regarding complaints, in this section anyway..

For £3000 profit with £50 deposit, i would dig my mother from the grave if they would need DNA... Any these requests yet were not anything near of impossible like some SOW related could be for some, even if feels weird requests, would have big smile in that selfie. If you haven't done anything naughty, don't believe there is big worry about getting paid.

Unfortunately mate we have to jump through hoops these days to get our winnings but and it’s a big but? If you having nothing to worry about and genuine you get your winnings 32red is accredited here and an active rep submit a PAB or do as casino asks

The point of the post is that no other operator I have used have conducted such a circus of requests after a win. Again I'll say, would these requests be being made if the deposit were lost? The account was fully verified upon registration and I even supplied ID even in respect of it already being verified..

Can you imagine how much extra work taking that photo is for me?
Not to mention how expensive film for the camera is.

Hi All,

I asked the OP if I could share their recent exchanges via PM publicly but they refused so I’ll simply summarise the situation:

- OP feels disgruntled that I am moderating their posts and will post publicly elsewhere where I can’t respond.
- I’ve asked for any future comms to go directly to relevant support teams.

No mention of docs being sent or uptake of my request to help. Begs the question on why they joined here on the day they won, messaged me privately to seek reassurance, posted about “32red (sic) being at it again” - I’ve not seen many players choose this route. “At it again” also seems a strange term to use? May be me!

Anyway best wishes to the OP and I hope the relevant teams sort this for you. As they would say on Dragons Den. “I’m out!”

Mark

OP seems to be on a bit of an agenda-driven rant: thread title changed to level the field.

@Ag14 , your posts go into the Approval queue because you are new here, the same is applied to all new members.
Also, please (re)read the Forum Rules, you'll find that you are expected to treat your fellow forum members with respect. "Fool" does not qualify.

So we have someone who is employed by a casino to which the thread is about, wishing to share my responses before my public responses are approved? Hmmm one of those forums whereby you dont get to voice an opinion / respond if you are 'new'. Again another bizarre sequence of events.

...

Obviously, this newbie feels that the rules don't apply to him.

......

Posting Complaints
WARNING!! ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
2.1 - Complaints against casinos or pokerrooms will only be posted in the "Online Casino and Poker Complaints" section and within the appropriate forum.

2.4 - Casinomeister does not condone player fraud in any shape or form. If you knowingly commit fraud (creating bogus casino accounts, using fake IDs, committing Credit Card fraud, chargebacks, etc.) you will be permanently banned from the forum.

We have a strict no tolerance policy. If you break any of the posting complaints rules, you may find your account closed permanently.

Forum Rules

30 day suspension for not following the zero tolerance policy to include flaming. Feel free to come back when you can act like an adult and post a complaint properly.

No, if you had bothered to have read anything in the registration process - your first several posts are moderated to ensure this place is free of spam.

Feel free to come back when you've put your big boy pants on and can act like a reasonable adult.

I once had to do a handstand against my numbered front door with my trousers down, a rolled-up Daily Mirror inserted in my person and simultaneously whistle Mull of Kintyre while my missus filmed me, for one casino. I wasn't sure which withdrawal I looked forward to most after that.

You need to respect those trying to help you.

Love that response! Apologies for replying when tensions were high!
It wasn't aimed at you lol, I just find it hard myself to see where the holding a passport, a newspaper, and taking a selfie holding them so they can bee seen clearly enough to make out the writing can be valid. I honestly can't see how it would work.

Can you actually imagine walking into a bank and going for a loan and them asking if you could step outside buy today's newspaper and then take a picture and come back in with it.

I'd say that's a bit different though m8. If the customer had walked into Marks office with the relevant documents, like some banks require when you take a loan, they can then further confirm he is indeed who he says he is by looking at his pretty face and matching all the documents requested. Giving them more confidence no fraudulent activity is taking place.

Obviously they cannot do it like your bank example in a situation like this, since 32Red don't have offices in every town.
So without using Skype or something like that, then if there is suspicion that arouses concerns similar to that of activity they're currently noticing from some other players who they may already have proof on are acting fraudulently, then by requesting the player provide further proof they are who they say they are, proof that hasn't been pre-prepared by some syndicate group/or fraudsters or something (as in the reqested example, a recent selfie that would be hard to forge or impossible to preprepare due to the front page of a recent newspaper) it can help them come to an easier conclusion.

Unfortunately, many fradusters have done their homework. And I guess that is why in ceartin situations, even though it may seem a bit absurd, if you can't deal with a client face to face after something has raised an alarm, then in order to confidently protect your business extra measures sometimes have to be taken.

Not wanting to be seen as critical of you Bryan BUT.....

I was SOOO looking forward to reading the legendary "bye dickweed" ending instead.

I'm all disappointed now :(

:p

Fair enough, but when I am applying for a payday loan I don't need to submit a picture of myself holding my passport with todays newspaper.

Well, think yourself lucky you're not doing a Casumo SoW as they ask you for a selfie holding tomorrow's newspaper....

My point was really can't they just do a proper hard credit check? To confirm who you are, I must have about literally 50 soft checks on my file right now. All from casinos.

Not sure how hard credit check is completed in UK, but main aim for these is try to be bit more sure that same person is using account whos details are in it. When you complete e-verification, it just tells you that this person exist but not that it could be me who is actually using account somebody else details. Of course these kind of selfie things can be completed often in these cases where people anyhow know each others, but putting many small things together can give you bit more confidence that there's no any naughty impersonating going on because somebody just want only to use SUB:s when ever playing slots and make odds much more favorable to win something (when you only touch your bonus after real balance is gone it just sometimes saves you when you manage to complete wagering).

If you without reason fit to same profile than some fraudster gang, then you might be asked some extra steps in verification.

If the UK government had just asked the same questions that the casino did when companies applied for Bounce Back Loans then we would all be in a much better place right now....

Ha, brilliant, this made me giggle, the best analogy of what Casumo ask for, the impossible.

Wanted a pay statement from me with specific details, on as though my employer would do this, my statement comes as is, and has done for 20 years, they 'will not' create me a bespoke one.
