Hi All,
These people have owed 1.200 to me for four months. They claim that they sent it to my adress. I didn't receive anything. They do not answer my emails.
I would like to know their physical adress and the country where they got their gaming license.
Thanks

HI

I have been trying to get my winnings for almost a year

It seems noone can help, i don't understand why Brian don't put them at the rouge list, people register there playing and not going to get paid if they win a substantial amount.

They make out like bandits too because they charge the affiliate for the money you won and then they don't pay you.

I think they were supposed to have had a change of ownership about a year ago - I was watching them for a while and decided nothing had changed.

Both of your PABs have been forwarded to the casino managemnet, and there are a few others that haven't been answered yet.

They are on thin ice at the moment. I am also contacting Playtech today giving them a heads up on what's going on.

by the looks of things there's quite a few upset players. i hope this gets sorted.

i can never understand operators that want to jib people for a few short term bucks.

run a casino fairly and legitmately and there's no reason why you shouldn't be in for the long haul.

hypothetically.... would you rather make a million dollars in one month of scamming or $200,000 a month for the next 2 years?

My withdrawal here has been pending for over three weeks now as well and I am getting completely ignored by their cashier and customer service.
Mathew Peters, their representative for this forum, kept telling me to have contacted the Casino managers regarding my payment, but other than silence there was nothing in return.

I am starting to get nervous about this.

Probably not. This casino has clammed up. I've forwarded a number of complaints several weeks ago and nothing.....

Looks like I will be busy updating the "rogue" section today.

If this was referred to Playtech's new Dispute Channel I guess it was merely waved on back to the casino by them. This is not the way to run a genuine and player-sensitive dispute process imo and I hope that Playtech see the value of smartening up in this area in future.

In the meantime it is not too late for them to address this issue by interceding with the licensee, who incidentally has a record of player disputes whilst using Futurebet software prior to conversion to Playtech.

If Spiff et al are really determined you could also lodge a complaint with the Antiguan licensing authorities - I'm sure there are many players interested to see whether they really have tightened up on the player disputes side.

All complaints have been submitted to Playtech today with the promise that they will be taken care of ASAP.

Nevertheless, the non-responsiveness in unacceptable. I have no idea why anyone is playing at these two casinos taking their past histories into account.

BTW they are licensed in the Netherland Antilles, not Antigua.

African Palace - Playtech - I'm disgusted

African Palace owes me a s***load of money for going on over 9 weeks now. I complained to Playtech who said they disagree with them but can't do anything. The African Palace support team was great...until I won. Then they couldn't be contacted.

I cannot believe Playtech just sits back idle on this and lets this dump of a casino rip people off time after time. I was sickened after I coudn't get paid and Playtech referred me to Casinomeister to see all the complaints about African Palace.

African Palace/Indio are counting on no one reading this site before they play. They cought me that way. Too bad I didn't see the casinomeister site before I played with this dump. It's an awful experience that shys you away from playing altogether.

I hope them and playtech get what they deserve. I'm sickened that Playtech did nothing for me. Here's hoping I see my money one day. :(

Playtech just referred you to this site :what: and didn't make sure you got paid????? Playtech receives fees and royalties from the casino don't they?

Playtech really need to get their ducks sorted out in regard to policing their licensees and treating player disputes with speed, respect and efficiency - this is just nonsense!

NO MORE PLAYTECH for me until I get paid

After not getting paid by African Palace, I decided to play at Brandy Casino (another Playtech casino) since I love the software. I want to say that Brandy Casino is GREAT! They pay their players, that's what I care about, and they have GREAT customer service.

However, I just had to write them and tell them I'm not playing with them anymore because of what AFRICAN PALACE did to me and because PLAYTECH did nothing for me either. I still sit here owed a 5 digit payout almost 3 months after winning.

I refuse to play at ANY PLAYTECH CASINO until I get paid in full. This is bullshit and I won't let Playtech profit from me winning, when I can't even get paid. They need to get off their a**** and do something about their affiliates using their software.

It's a shame because Playtech is my favorite software, and BRANDY is great too, but NO MORE PLAYTECH - BOYCOTT PLAYTECH UNTIL THEY GET OFF THEIR TAIL ENDS AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for fair play using their software.

(originally wrote this for the other African Palace complaint thread, but thought it might be more appropriate under this 'who is the owner' thread. More for interest rather than anything else.

The registered company address given on the African Palace website is Vestafin, 1st Floor, 299 Oxford Street, London, UK. I was in London over the weekend, and walked past it on Saturday (on the way to the Gala casino..!), looking for the registered UK company, Vestfin Ltd. It turns out that the building is operated by a company called 'Schindler' (Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) ) whose business is protecting their clients companies confidentiality- setting up and running trusts on behalf of people who don't necessarily want to be public.

So thats a total dead-end, as I guess the UK company will have nominee directors who are other companies rather than real people, and the trail will stop there. I'll call companies house in the morning though, see what they have to say about Vestafin and who the directors are.

TJ

PS- As an aside, if anyone is interesting in all this cloak and dagger company setup stuff, I recommend reading "The Laundrymen" by Jeffrey Robinson, an incredible read.

Latest info- both Indio and African claim to be run by a UK Limited company called Vestafin. Unfortunately i've checked companies house today and Vestafin Limited was disolved on 15th July 2005 and is no longer trading.

Curiouser and curiouser!

AFRICAN PALACE-CON ARTISTS-Now they locked me out of my account....

They owe me 5 digits for 3 months now and that's the way they avoid dealing with paying me...they lock me out of my account.

AVOID THIS CRAPPY ROGUE!
