I noticed Bryan has just dumped this lot back in the shit-pit. Looking through the issues and the money involved, it would seem not before time. I thought I'd post it on the main forum for a bit more outreach.

https://www.casinomeister.com/rogue-casinos/

Here's a list of the figures involved:

$800
$190
$1897
$5000
$2440
$1200
$1600
$21000
$26978
$14607
$3295
$2366

Without doing an exact calculation, that looks like about $75,000 of stolen funds. Quite a sum.

And apparently they no longer respond to emails, for good measure.

And it would seem, Playtech aren't much interested.

Clearly, avoid African Palace Casino and Indio Casino at all costs.

That's all fine and good

that he posted a thread last year, but for the unfortunate ones that didn't know about Casinomeister at the time, we had no way of knowing. I found African Palace on Gambling.com. Next time I'll know better. They owe me a ton of money and I think Playtech needs to pay up if this casino is representing them and can't seem to get their asses to do anything. It's freaking pathetic!

Shouldn't we therefore avoid Playtech as well?

They are making money from African Palace - I'm sure if they stopped paying Playtech, then something would be done.

What's the message? Playtech makes loads of money from licensing fees.

Something goes wrong? Playtech does sweet FA, continues to collect money.

PS.

Anyone wanna work there:

Requirements
Creative writing [that'd be right - fairy tales that players will be played, etc.], communication [how not to answer emails], origanisation [and spelling], self-starter.

Are you kidding me?

:sniper: :sniper: Are you telling me that Playtech gets paid when people win at online casinos that use their software? That infuriates me even more? Is that right? Are you sure? How much do they get?

I'm sick.

AVOID AFRICAN PALACE AND INDIO AT ALL COSTS

I'm here as an experienced casino player owed the ton of money by African Palace to warn everyone that you should NOT be stupid enough as I was to ever play at this casino. I wish I knew about casinomeister before I played at this shi* hole!

YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! I WAS THE HIGHEST LEVEL VIP MEMBER AND I CAN'T GET PAID! I PLAYED THREE TIMES WHAT I WON THERE AND CANNOT GET PAID!

They claimed everything under the sun not to pay me, then finally they said their TERMS OF USE only allowed $3,000 per month! They probably wrote the freaking terms of use after I won...who would be the wiser? And I wouldn't doubt it!

I made my withdrawal on 6/21/2005 and still haven't even received my money even under their terms of use. I've received $4,500 over what is now over a 2 1/2 month period. Ummmm...that doesn't add up to 3,000 per month. So, they can't even honor their own terms of use.

They avoid you when you try to contact them. They also told me BECAUSE I spread bad rumors about them I will never get more than the terms of use. Tell the truth you f***ing con artists. I can't even get my money properly under the terms of use.

We had the best relationship and they were nice as pie when I was losing. As soon as I won, it was like they spoke another language.

I also contacted Playtech who did nothing but say they couldn't do anything but they disagreed with the way African Palace was handling it.

I say this makes me want to boycott Playtech altogether? Who's in with me? This is bullshit that no one can do anything!

QUOTE: I also contacted Playtech who did nothing but say they couldn't do anything but they disagreed with the way African Palace was handling it. UNQUOTE

This is their (Playtech's) problem whether they like it or not because it impacts their reputation and their business. It will continue to do so in the future as more unhappy players are screwed by rogues like these and voice their opinions whenever the brand comes up in posting and other exchanges.

Unfortunately they do not seem to have accepted this fact of life, and imo this new dispute channel is therefore a serious failure, as is their apparent reluctance to police and discipline their licensees. This smacks of RTG pre-Montana.

To repeat some Internet gambling conventional wisdom yet again - players are critical to the business success of these companies, and an unhappy player has the power to withhold his or her business, and warn fellow gamblers about his or her experiences.

So there is some recourse at a personal level when all else fails.

WOOOHOOO! Now I get nothing according to African Palace

Now African Palace tells me I will not get paid at ALL...even under their terms of use...because I spread FALSE statements about them? What do the rest of you think that are owed money?

I think that's just a trip....now they won't pay me anything because I had the balls to tell everyone what they are doing to their VIP winners. As Casinomeister said, some VIP treatment I got!

What a DUMP...I'll say it again.

Does anyone know what legal avenues I can pursue to get paid under the terms of use?

I love how they just decide they don't like that I publish the truth, and now they won't pay ANYTHING!

AVOID THIS DUMP!
