WARNING Affiliates Who Target Problem Gamblers

If you ever find yourself in need of real cash casinos not blocked by Gamestop, we have some great options here. These three operators can meet the needs of all players in terms of game offer, bonus opportunities, and customer care. Whichever you choose, you won’t make a mistake.

Man thats harsh. People signed themself up for a reason.

https:// casinomir .com/casinos-not-on-gamstop/

Plenty of decent casinos on other parts of the site. Company is based in the same building as Viral Interactive.

no mate, f* off... let me check

FML - ok nice one, thanks @colinsunderland

So tomorrow all affiliates will receive a newsletter, where the content is related to this subject. The options are: Either remove the content or remove our brands, if the latter has been picked, we will also close the affiliate account.

We would say the same for regular affiliates who are still promoting these kind of brands.

That Casinomir site is really pushing it by listing UKGC sites and highlighting the fact they are not on GAMSTOP.

So glad I left the affiliate industry. Last few months the desperation of some affiliate managers pushing 70% commission to list non-licensed sites to UK markets.

There are more sites btw:

mobilecasinokings.com is directly connected to choicecasinos.com. And then there is pokerplayernewspaper.com
Time this was sent over to Mr Twatski. This is f*cking outrageous.

EVERY ACCREDITED CASINO ON HERE SHOULD TERMINATE THEIR ACCOUNTS WITH ANY OF THE AFFILIATE SITES SEEN TO DO THIS!!!!

Are this filthbags really the kind of affiliates you guys want to be in bed with and pay commission to?

just thinking a bit more about it, this topic is on casinomeisters forum ... so this topic needs to removed after our email, otherwise all CM accounts will be closed...

Did anyone manage to find the page through the regular URL?

Anyway, we are asking him to remove the page and if he is not keen to do so he can remove us.

We already had issues with the UKGC about an affiliate with similar tactics, that caused us a lot of stress and shit. So basically zero tolerance when it comes down to L&L.
Sorry Jan - with respect that simply isn't good enough. You need to do what KateCherry and 32Red have and summarily terminate their accounts with any L&L properties, because an "IF you do or don't do etc.." response implies a choice for the affiliate and some degree of tolerance from yourselves, despite your protestations otherwise.

This kind of shit gives all affiliates a bad name. If these wankers are willing to get 50% + RS for not only listing the worst shithole casinos imaginable, but also targeting the very people who will provide these shitholes with the most revenue, i.e. problem gamblers, then I'd say that's terminal. These people are facilitating misery, they're greedy, unethical and feeding organized crime. They've stuck their heads up above the parapet by doing this so EVERY ethical casino should blow them off. Simple.

If you are willing to give them a chance after this very loud statement they've made as to what kind of people they are, then I'm sorry, I think that's a big mistake. If these twats woke up tomorrow with an inbox full of account termination e-mails from the reputable programmes, then the problem would stop very quickly and they could then stick with the rogue programmes only who will ultimately shaft them.

That was an initial reply after the post... If you are signed up as an affiliate, you get a proper information tomorrow that will satisfy your above statements.

If there is somebody who aims to "do good" it is us, trust me! Because I fully agree with your statements.

Could you explain what you exactly mean Jan, because for a moment here I interpret your post as requesting THIS thread gets removed from public eye, otherwise L & L will close down CM accounts??

Tagging @Casinomeister so he sees this post.

That was a joke to be fair :)

There is: promoting - not done
There is: warning - full fine

Sorry to waste you time on a joke at this hour of the evening!

This is the only punishment these affiliates deserve, no warning, no tap on the fingers, straight abandoning of their accounts and any funds remaining not paid out. Just by looking at the response by doing it next thing in the morning is just how serious these people 'problem gambling' really take.

In the meantime, the links are getting indexed on search engines, the damage is proberly done already. I have not much of a belief of a problem gambling stop thing. They dont care where their affiliates come from, as long as they keep coming in and even better keep depositting!

And that is the problem with this industry. All say having the best interest in not wanting problem gamblers but as long as registration without any documents is still possible they give a rats ass.

I'm going to write a blog post on this and gamstop tomorrow. Any affiliate managers that know me, and indeed affiliates, will know I've always played it straight and find things like this terrible, and hate people going to the dark side like this (when I saw the first photo it instantly reminded me of the hacking still a few years back). I'll write about GamStop and the virtues of it and highlight what some shaddy operators are up to purely to hope to push some of these down the ranks and actually help people

CasinoChoice has already removed the page, or removed the content from the page.

Casinomir unfortunately is not going to remove the content, so he will remove our presence. Given reason is that removing the page has a negative effect on SEO. I have to agree, that's more important versus stimulating irresponsible gambling. :(

While I was on this subject I also found quite some Swedish affiliates sites promoting unlicensed casino the Swedish public with affiliate tracking links.
E.g.
Outdated URL (Invalid). casinotopsonline.com/sv/casino-utan-licens

Haven't found a casino of us so don't know who is behind the site but this looks to become a very important niche for affiliates.

It will never become an important niche as long as decent casinos' aff. programmes boot them for even thinking about such nonsense. That will drive them out of business which is exactly what they deserve. Casinomir will get much negative SEO anyway when he's exposed on the forums with a much better SEO presence, like this one.

I would hope you terminate the agreements with them assuming your T&C's allow it :)
Casinomir lists conquestador as a casino on the 'non gamstop' page, so I asked them. They aren't registered with gamstop yet and didn't seem aware of the way they were being listed there when I asked on live chat. She also told me in no uncertain terms that if I open an account it would be closed immediately for life (as she assumed I was registered with them). She also said she would escalate it and send the link over to get some action taken.

We are not registered with GAMSTOP yet but now I know that you are registered with them and if you open and account, it will be closed immediately and forever

This "role model" adverts 100 casinos targeting the danish market and 60% have no license! What is worse though. Look at some of the names on here. Euromoon really??

I kind of find it a tad insulting that as an affiliate who acts ethically and tries to follow rules and regulations, that I am now in the company of scammers like this guy at L&L who is still allowed to earn RS each month from existing players and possibly from other sites if he has them that don't promote scam casinos.

Totally agree it is real bad that some sites are listing all these casinos problem gamblers can play at. They should be shut down.

But surely this thread is now showing all these problem gamblers a whole list of sites they can sign up to.

Maybe not the place to ask but since this thread is about ethics and morality and about problem gamblers.

A lot of respected affiliates on here . Also i am guessing problem gamblers must have signed up at some casinos using affiliates links and probably blew everything which means the affiliate made quite a bit out of them.

Do any affiliates that see a player signed up , blows a lot in short space of time then closes casino account ever knowing it was probably a problem gambler by betting patterns and amounts try to return the money they made out of them or do they just keep it.

Who said he gets paid RS? Our Ryan is chatting with him and I'm pretty sure there will be a satisfying solution coming.

Also its a public holiday, so majority of the industry is off today.

Even if an affiliate wanted to do that, you don't see that type of information, nor do you have any way of knowing who the customer is.
On some affiliate programs you don't even see monthly income per player, just the amount of rev share, so it could be from 1 player or 100.
