Normally I would have posted this in the Webmaster section, but this has gotten me a bit riled and I thought it would be best to bring this to everyone's attention.

Here is an affiliate who is using the guise as trying to be helpful in giving visitors information about Gamstop - a program that all UK facing casinos subscribe to that prohibit problem gamblers, but instead it is an invitation to make a deposit at these known rogue casinos:

Now this guy ought to be shut down. He knows EXACTLY what he is doing, and there is no way in hell that he could feign "oops". This is a deliberate plan to target those players who are making Google searches for "Non-GamStop Casinos". His affiliate accounts should be squashed, and this affiliate should be banned from any if not all iGaming conferences.

Problem gambling is a tragedy - and should not be a marketing ploy. What a f*&^ing douche.

How the F do i get on that page with these casinos?

Pathetic. Hopefully all the casinos on there terminate the affiliate agreements too. I quickly glanced at it and saw ABC being promoted @L&L-Jan

Yeah in the recommended UK casinos section, which makes totally sense :)

Need to find that page, cant seem to find it :(

Hi all, We at ComeOn! were not aware of this unethical practice, we are listed on their recommended UK casino page but I have instructed our affiliate team to take the appropriate action in requesting removal of our brands, agreement termination etc. We take problem gambling very seriously and do not condone this type of marketing at all.

Thanks Katy

Did anyone manage to find the page through the regular URL?

Anyway, we are asking him to remove the page and if he is not keen to do so he can remove us.

We already had issues with the UKGC about an affiliate with similar tactics, that caused us a lot of stress and shit. So basically zero tolerance when it comes down to L&L.

There's a dozen ways to 'bypass' this system.

You should remove those assigned affiliates completely. Oh wait, it's money ofcourse. Duh.

Agreed, that's exactly what I have said we are doing :) We have a process of due diligence when approving affiliate accounts and also use a number of compliance tools to ensure that the affiliates we work with are fully compliant. Of course there are some that can bypass the system, in fact I cant even find this page when going on the site, so forums like this and Bryan's diligence in rooting out the bad seeds is helpful for all :) If and when we find or are made aware of such practices, we take the appropriate action.

Yes! See screenshot. Under the Software Menu and it is still there now.Screen Shot 2019-08-14 at 15.57.06.png

Sadly, this was actually brought to my attention by a BetBlocker user who requested one of these pages be added to our excluded list. Having worked in the gambling industry for a long time you end up developing a pretty thick skin for some of the questionable practices going on, but this genuinely made me really angry. Hopefully other webmasters will follow suit and post their own pages with Responsible Gambling information talking about 'non-gamstop casinos'. If enough other sites rank for that search term and are specifically avoiding advertising on those pages it should make this practice not worthwhile for those that would prey on vulnerable players by trying to drive traffic to rogue operators.

There are more sites btw:

mobilecasinokings.com is directly connected to choicecasinos.com. And then there is pokerplayernewspaper.com

Do you know why it's hidden under the software menu? So it's not that obvious. But it's obvious enough for the search engines to rank that page. That is a almost perfectly cloaked page right there, with pure intention to rank on those target keywords.

The whole affilliate account(s) of that website owner should be removed, any funds taken and not paid out. He's a crook.
