Advice on Euromoon casino please

Greetings Meister community!!
I need some advice on Euromoon casino and I can't find any info on them on the web as of yet,
They new and they had a 10€ no deposit bonus my girlfriend played it through and is sitting on 100€ that is withdrawable,
Now here is the part I don't like
They request a minimum deposit of 50€ to receive the withdrawal, that's fine but they payout only after 7 days,
She has sent kyc docs through and they are approved,
My question is basically this
Has anyone had negative experience with this casino?
And has anyone successfully withdrawn from them

Ah another Euromoon player. I deposited there once 20€ with €1700 + wagering because of 200% bonus. Somehow i managed to withdraw €250. I v sent my KYC documents on a monday, was verified on thursday and got my money to Skrill the next wednesday. So they do pay, but it takes longer then accredited casino.

The support is nice and fast though. Might play there again in the future :). So my experience, besides the long payout time (which is listed in the terms though) is ok.

Hi are you referring to Jeff Edwards, the guy from live chat?

One thing that spooked me is that, placing bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play is considered irregular play. So in other words, if you have $1 in your account and you bet $.50 then this is considered irregular play. Does anyone else think this policy is a bit spooky?

Jeff emailed me this afternoon saying I should have it tomoz. I wasn't aware of that policy, and touch wood I have had no problems so far. I never had any issues. I played here with a no deposit bonus that I got from an invite email. I used to play at one of their other sites called Cosmik casino. I played there off and on for about 6 months. They had some games that were really cool that were only available at their site like the Devil Slot which is addictive.

I just dont like this 30% rule so I dont play their anymore.

euromoon withdrawal problems

Hey guys is anybody having problems withdrawing money from euromoon casino? I have been waiting 2 weeks now and I'm being constantly told different stories. I really am starting to worry now. Something doesn't seem right. Any help would be good.
 
They are listed at affpower with Cosmik and Deuceclub. Even though some affpower casinos are listed under conan gaming atlantic and euromoon are listed under owned and operated by Game Tech Group N.V., of Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg Z/N, UTS Gebouw, Curaçao, but the strange thing is that they still have the same support people, and pretty clearly the same ownership since jeff edwards is a manager at cosmikcasino (conan casino). So some of their casinos are under malta and some under curacao....

Anyhow to my knowledge based on reading complaints at some other sites, they do tend to pay , but it may take a while. I do hope you recieve your money. Contact [email protected] or [email protected] the later of those emails should work atleast (same guy) i think he will get you sorted and paid.
 
Hi kavaman, I appreciate that information. I really hope so. I wouldn't mind if they said they were struggling and it would be paid next week. It's just the uncertainty and false info. I have read a lot of reviews about cosmik and being told similar stories to mine by Jeff. It's a bit worrying especially after depositing so much. I will update soon or if anybody has any contact details of senior management that would be great.

My current withdrawal has been confirmed as successful and based on previous withdrawals, the payments are made up of deposits being returned and if any winnings on top, then this balance paid by bank transfer to your bank account. My last single withdrawal saw me get various credits returned over two cards used and a bank transfer receipt! Made it tricky to see if I was paid in full as Euros were converted back to GBP at different rates!

Interesting to read that they are linked somehow to CosmikCasino? Unfortunately a casino I vowed never to use again, so may need to review my choice in using Euromoon. Also, all the time you have a withdrawal request pending you cannot make further withdrawal requests.
 
Read some crappy reports on this casino plus they have some real tight terms. And then no UKGC license. Just asking for trouble if depositing at a casino that is not now registered with the UKGC and your from the UK. Not sure why there would be the need to either with so many decent outfits available to UK players that will never give you hassle. I checked them out and see the limits they have one monthly withdraws and some really messed up terms. Would not go near them. Red quite a few reports of slow pay/ no pay. One to defo avoid in my book.

Hope you get your money as they have promised but no way would the time you have waited to get paid which must be over 12 days even go close to qualifying for a half decent review. No excuse at all to stall in this way. And if they are struggling to pay because of issues with cash flow (not saying this is the case) then that in itself is enough to ensure no one should deposit a penny at this joint. Hope though you have been paid by now!
 
Hey guys, just an update. The saga continues. Firstly no I still have NOT been paid my winnings. I went on to chat yesterday once again to find out what was happening and got the shock of my life, I was told by support that my withdrawals were under review as I had broken the 10 x rule in the terms. This rule states that subject to the casinos decision any withdrawal over 10 x the last deposit will be cancelled and the winnings removed. So despite the fact I have deposited nearly £2000 in a week, my last deposit was only €135 so this rule means I am only allowed to withdraw €1350 with the rest being removed. This can't be right and in my eyes is completely rogue. It means to win the jackpot in their slots you have to make a single deposit of at least €45000. Can nobody help me here? It must be illegal, surely somebody knows a rep that can sort this nonsense out. I really do feel like crying! I have literally wasted my families hard earned money. I wish people would contact this casino and the affiliate program affpower and voice their support for me! Thanks for all the help so far.

I feared this is what they would pull! If you read the terms (I tried to and could not make head nor tail out of the crap they were going on about) but it was enough to ensure I would never deposit at such a place. Limits on all most everything and then the amount you can withdraw linked to total deposits. Totally deplorable behavior! But Im not sure where you can go with this they are licensed in Curaçao which may as well be the Moon. These terms are awful and they have truly stitched you up. But they will not doubt point out "it is in the terms" ... which even though utter bollocks does kind of cover them. And no I do NOT agree with these terms at all. Its crap. Hard lesson to learn sadly but stick only to the accredited casinos here. And dont gamble at places without a UK license. And ALWAYS reading the terms and conditions before depositing. Really hope they do the right thing and pay out but I doubt it.
 
Deeply, thanks for the comment. Whilst I agree that terms and conditions allow casinos to do what they want I believe that they should be worded correctly, the 10 x terms is as follows,

"13.5. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 10 times the player's last deposit amount. Any additional winnings will be removed upon processing the withdrawal"

They reserve the right? The rest of their terms clearly stated they will but this one they reserve the right, so what do they mean? He's asking to withdrawal too much money here...we will sting him with term 13.5 or wait he's only asking for for €100 we will ignore this term...that's not as much money! Joke!
 
Hi randomise, do you have a contact details for this rep, surely the gaming providers would be angry with this carry on...it will affect their reputations as well I would imagine. Again still nothing from euromoon despite promise after promise!
 
Hi yes and as much as it totally stinks having such a term the fact they "reserve" means they choose to implement it as they see fit. Probably to cover themselves from large withdraws. And so strictly speaking they are within there own terms as its written there. Personally me reading such a term would be enough for me never ever to deposit a penny at such a clip joint which Euromoon casino certainly is. It is a vile term but they have covered themselves. You are out of luck I feel as you have no recourse to the UKGC which would look poorly on such a term im sure. Maybe the rep from Thunderkick could assist as someone else said. But again ALWAYS read the terms and Conditions. And as you are from the UK why choose such a crap casino when they are a stack of brilliant outfits to be had. Feel your pain on this. And really hope they do what is right but I think you screwed on this one. Do a PAB if you can .... Put a complaint in even to the software providers and then hope something good comes from this.

But casinos like this are a rogue as they get and need to be avoided at ALL costs! Saw them through a link from Ask gamblers but soon as I read the terms I was gone. No such casino would last 5 minutes here. That is why I only ever play now at casinos either accredited here or those that have really good reviews and thumbs up from fellow CM members. The latter being rare.

I made a withdrawal request on 2nd July and first 'approved' e-mail came through on 5th July. The next e-mail detailed how I will be paid (namely split between 3 different methods!) and that was received on 6th July. I should hopefully expect to see funds within next 3 or 4 days.

My first withdrawal was on 16th May and documents submitted immediately upon making a withdrawal request. 18th May an e-mail came through saying it was approved, 20th May e-mail received saying how it was being paid and funds received on 27th May.
 
That's what I find strange. Received the email saying my withdrawal for 2300 was approved....just nothing after that. I'm hoping it's been an oversight and I will get them soon. I will prob seek legal advice if they don't pay me anything but hopefully that's not the case. Keep my fingers crossed.

Well, I have one more withdrawal request pending for EUR400 and that is still at 'pending manual' stage. I note that my deposit history is now clear as they were reversed in order to pay my last withdrawal, so all a bit confusing!

In light of this thread and info arising, I am now probably going to stop playing there. I only liked a couple of the games (Gorillas go Wild and Judge Dredd), so will look elsewhere for them. Shame really as the Gorillas slot I now have access to all the bonus games, but no point having them if casino don't pay out!!!

Good luck with your case with them. Been there done that with another casino, fingers burned and now wiser, of sorts! Mind you, I didn't 100% read the T&C's with Euromoon, so will now do that, just in case! I just played 'normally', so hopefully that doesn't breach any T&C's.

I think from start of withdrawal process to finish, you are probably looking at around 10 days.

I went to live chat and asked about the terms. The rep tried to bullshit me and play dumb until I pointed out the terms from there own site
she simply replied and I quote

"Oh thats just there but not really ever an issue or used"

Utter bollocks. Pointed her to this thread and kindly informed them they wont see a dime from me.


So I walk into a casino. And change 10 quid into chips and win 1000 on roulette and they cash me out up to 100 quid and keep the 900!

Madness! This is one sorry ass clip joint everyone should avoid. But good look getting the cash they owe you. I really hope they do the right thing. But something tells me ... I doubt it.

On my side, out of my last EUR1300 withdrawal request, I have now received returned deposits of £100, £75 and £75 (roughly EUR340) onto one card used and nothing else yet. This is where it gets confusing in knowing when they have fully paid me or not!!

My EUR400 withdrawal is still 'pending manual'.
 
Hey guys, update. I still have not received my winnings. I did however receive an email from support a ski g for my bank details to transfer them. I asked how much, if it was the full €5000 or if they were going to hit me with their ridiculous and frankly obsurd term about 10 x your last deposit. No reply. Hey Davos, it's funny you say that. They say they have transferred 2300€ to my bank so I will wait for it to appear. I asked about my other €2700 and have been told it's pending but should be dealt with soon. All in its been 26 days. I will let you know if I actually receive money. Fingers crossed for your withdrawal.
 
Hey folks..just a little update. Today I received €2300 in my bank as promised by Euromoon Casino. I am now just waiting on my second and final withdrawal of €2700 to be processed and paid. Once this has been done I will update you.

Hopefully Euromoon have come good and realised that the way to attract more and more customers is to provide a good service, this includes games and more importantly the quick and full payment of all winnings as that's what people play for.

I just hope they change some of their terms as they are pretty poor....

They are a clip joint with terms laid out to stiff a player who wins. Golden rule especially for UK players is only play at casinos that are registered with the UKGC and to do homework first. I really hope they pay up whats owed. Surprised other sites have them listen ask gamblrs etc when they are so utterly shite. Thats why I now stick to casinos listed here only or casinos that have had good press from other CM members.

Yep, I have re-evaluated my choice of casinos since joining this site!

I must say that the Euromoon site wasn't bad and granted, I did get paid (in a weird way of my deposits being returned !) after 10 days or so of waiting. But now knowing what could happen if I did have a big win has certainly put me off them ......

Perhaps people can help me by emailing this casino and making them aware that their stalling tactics relating to payment is ruining their business.

Please euromoon reps and customers / future customers help me resolve this complaint.

Hi no rep will help you as they dont have one here I think. And even if they are aware of the thread this clip joint probably come near this thread. Keep at them to pay you what it is owed and hope they do right and give you your money. With them not being registered in the UK though you will have little place to take this if they decide simply not to pay. A horrendous situation for sure. Just make sure if you post elsehwhere you include the full casino name Euromoon casino as this will get picked up by the SEs. And casinos of this nature do not like such things.

I kinda had a feeling from the start of reading this thread of woe that it would be a battle. They are scam artists and this casino needs to be avoided at ALL costs. Just keep the pressure on and hope they come good.

No doubt there is something in the T&C's about deposit charge backs, etc. Hopefully the bank will come down on your side, but realistically I don't think they will as you authorised the payment knowing full well it could be lost. However, probably best go along the lines that it was paid under deception from the casino and as such, the service was not adequately supplied.

Also, I have a confession. Late last night (2am this morning) I made a £20 deposit (EUR26) and won EUR200 so have this amount as a withdrawal. 5 days to process it, so will wait and see if it gets paid! As mentioned before, my withdrawals have gone through before without problem (after a lengthy wait mind you), so will wait and see if anything has changed! Only wanted to play on the Gorillas Go Wild game as I have all features open on this game - which proved fruitful on this occasion, but still silly to go back there in light of what has been said on this thread.
