Acropolis Casino and its website is not available for few days. I wrote more emails to the support, but did not get any reply.

Where can I ask help?

The support is also not available. I sent emails, but they are bouncing back. I have their number, soon I'll try it, but I do not think so it will work.
I also wrote to Playtech, but until this time no reply.

Hi Mafaldina, I'm sorry that no one has replied to you before. I have absolutely no idea what is going on with Acropolis Casino, but your situation brings to mind a similar incident involving another Playtech casino awhile back. That one was Action Online. People were having the same problems, no live chat, emails bouncing, etc. Here is the link in case you care to read it:

I see that you also posted at WOL, I sincerely hope that someone can help you find out what is going on with this casino. And I also hope it is not the same situation as above.

If you haven't done so already, you should Pitch A Bitch with Bryan, so that he is at least aware of the problem. Once he has the info, he can make some inquiries and hopefully get to the bottom of this. I don't think he gets a chance to read every thread unless it is specifically brought to his attention, so you need to do this.

Do you have money in there? Have you attempted to withdraw? And have you tried the phone number as yet to see if it is working? Please let us know. I hope this isn't another case of a Playtech gone belly up with no warning to players. Best of luck to you.

Acropolis

Once I had a similar problem at Acropolis I posted a message here. It was maybe 2 years ago. At this time the casino was available, but they did not pay, they put back to the casino account the requested withdrawals. The support was not available. I do not remember how, but maybe after 1-2 weeks everything became OK again.
Thanks for the idea, I'll definetly Pitch A Bitch.
I wrote to Playtech about it, but they did not reply. I do not understand why they do not look after this problem.
I have more thousands dollars there. I did not request withdrawal from them, but of course if the casino will be back again I'll do it immediately.
Today I'll try their number, but I do not think so it will work. I also want to try to call Leisure & Gaming plc their owner company.

Still not available

Nothing happened, the site, casino, support are still not available. I wrote to Playtech, they also did not reply. I do not understand why do they offer player inquiry if they do not reply? This is way how they treat the customer.

Mafaldina, did you Pitch a Bitch as I suggested? No one can help you if you they don't know who you are, and don't have the information necessary to look into the matter further. I sympathize with your situation, but posting a daily update isn't going to help you. Use the PaB function and get the ball rolling. I also would like to know what is going on, but I don't have an account there with money in it..so I have no beef.

I phoned and talked with the customer support today. Though I too have not been able to access the Acropolis website for a few days, I was told by the rep that they had no problem accessing the site and also that the casino software and servers had no problem at their side.

So I guess this is some kind of technical problem like server connection or DNS settings. I hope this will be rectified soon. But it's funny the casino did not recognize this problem there.

Pitch a bitch

Yes, I did Pitch a bitch. And I am continously writing emails and will try the phone support again.

I requested a withdrawal from Acropolis back to my Neteller. But they wrote me they are sending a bank draft. I want to tell them, it is not OK for me, put back the money to my Neteller from where I deposited, but their support is not available the sent emails are coming back with a MAILER-DAEMON message.

This thread is almost a year old, but for what it's worth, the owners of this Playtech-powered online casino - Leisure and Gaming plc - have been trying to sell it off (last price I heard was around 400 000) through industry publications for the past several months.

Casinomeister News carried a report on it some time back.

The support is back, but they are mot ready to cancel the bank draft which they sent to me.
I requested the payment back to my Neteller from where I deposited.
I asked them what are the contact details of the office which is checking their activities, gave them licence, but they are not replying.
What kind of casino is this? They do not pay to the player properly, they do not care my request, they do not want to give the requested information.
