ACH payment option

Jas,

you're in Fl so how is CW going to send via ACH? If it's ACH they probably will have their name on the transaction and it might be denied. I used to use ACH all the time before the bank started denying it and it usually was quicker than quicktender..2-3 days.

I have got many ACH's from casino's like Cherry Red, Rushmore, Inetbet, Lucky Red, an I guess a while back I did with Club World too cause when I did the withdraw it didnt ask for banking info

I just dont remember how long it took an this way they pay for it an I dont cause I asked the chat lady

Cindy

My Credit Union has not rejected any ACH yet ((knockin on wood)) but they have rejected checks

I got paid today but I do have some questions for them

I understand my bank charging me $10
but I do not understand them charging me $30.22 for this when chat said its FREE

ME:is there a charge for the ach?
Alicia:for the first ACH withdrawal by a player we bear the cost but subsequently you would have to consult your bank since they place the charges please
Alicia:I dont think its a very significant amount though

but it was dang quick to me thought it would be next week
lol would have been cheaper thru Quicktender ahh just emailed them saying they should put the $30.22 back inmy account no wagering req as it is my money we shall see

Cindy

when i have asked for a ACH withdrawal, i was told there was a 10.00 charge, when i received it 20.00 was gone. When i inquired about the other 10.00 i found out that it went through another foreign bank before it hit my bank in the states, so each back charged 10.00. So i have stopped with the ACH withdrawal, cause their always seems to be some hidden fee in there?

yes but I am out a total of $40.22
My bank $10.00
an the Club World support said no charge for the 1st time
so thats $30.22 not explained

like I said would have been less costly to go thru Quicktender

Cindy

you might want to find out what other bank it goes through, if you live in the states, your bank isn't the first, usually the foreign bank charges also, to send it to your bank. Thats what they did with mine any how, no charge from casino, but charged once from foreign bank to send to my bank. Ended up with a couple of charges from different banks!!!

Here's the way I see it, and I might get a bit flamed for this.

According to club world they don't charge for the first ACH, yet there's a bank somewhere in the middle that they said will take a mediator fee regardless. So they've said what you'll actually receive will be less than requested, but also on the same note. It also seems like all the online casinos love to give fees for withdrawing money from them period.

Here in the US at a B&M casino, when we go up to the cashier. The cashier doesn't tell me that I have to pay $5 to cash in my chips. Personally if we win off of them they shouldn't pass the cost along to us anyways. It should be on the casino.
Also most casinos I've gone to if the win is over a certain amount most will even write you a check on the spot for whatever the win is. So you know your not carrying all that cash at no cost.
Personally I'm not a fan of all these online casinos nickeling and diming us to death to play.
It's bad enough I pay to load my wired plastic or netspend card. Then to get told that I have to pay a fee to withdrawal to boot seems a bit much don't it?
I guess to end this rant, the only way I see this fees being slightly cushioned is if a guy wins like $500+ in any given sitting off of oh say $50, because then the fees don't seem so steep. But when I win like $100 then literally have to give half of it back just so I can my original money back. Doesn't seem worth it in the end does it?
I mean I'm all for online gaming and the future I can see in it, but I think they really need to re-evaluate there processing fee structure a bit.

but they have rejected checks

Hiya: What do you mean by rejected checks? Were you just depositing it, or cashing it? Who rejected it, the teller, or the manager? What did they do with the check? What did you do with the check? Did they even run it trough to see if it would clear?

I am asking, "not for me" but others have posted about having issues with checks also, and any info will be helpfull, thanks.

I would go to my bank sign the back hand it over to either deposit or cash they would look at it an hand it back an say it is a international check even if it was drawn on a USA bank because some where on there it would say International the teller said it was their banks policy

I also have had grocery an check cashing places say the same thing

The check was given back to me I came home an contacted the casino they had me mail the checks back to them an they then put the cash in my quicktender account
No they didnt do a darn thing cept look an say we are not cashing this I said ok an walked out

Cindy

I have never been question (((knock on wood))) but what I would say is I sold something either on Ebay or Craiglist or its a refund from something you ordered an was not happy with it
This is how this 1 was listed Miscellaneous Transfer INCOMING FED WIRE

Cindy

I think ach is really wire.
I withdrew ach at CW . My bank charged me a wire fee and send me a receipt in the mail for incoming wire. Why do they even have a choice of Ach verses wire, and I was still charged a wire fee on on ACH?
