At Muchovegas , there is not accepted NSW photo card as a proof of ID????
I don't know why its not accepted at Muchovegas ??? when Australian government allowed NSW Photo card to be able to use it everywhere that accepts NSW Diver licence as photo identification ?

Unfortunately I don't have passport and Diver licence yet so I can not verify my account.
So how does everyone here think about it?

Never heard of this casino - but I don't see any reason why they shouldn't accept your ID if it's accepted elsewhere.

Thank you so much and I very need help from the all advice!

I don't don't know why they would not accepted my NSW Photo ID card even through I attach the reference from Australia government website but they would not accepted still.

Looks like you have to get a proper ID card. Your NSW card might be accepted in Australia but that does not guarantee that it will all around the world.

Because the NSW Photo Card has the same application process and security features as a driver licence, you should be able to use it everywhere that accepts a driver licence as photo identification.

So in this cast , I very don't see any reason that casino can not accept the nsw photo card!? Especially I have been using the NSW photo card to verify a proof of ID and always accepted and never have any problem but why Muchovegas has ???

Get a passport! A few 100 AU$ should do it.

I have the same problem as OP. That's why I request pre-verification.

@OP You really have two choices:
1. Pay out 100s for something you will probably never need again. (Even then you might not get paid; such is the state of online casinos.)
2. Let it go

Also, you could try and PAB. In my opinion your chances of success here are minimal.
