I recently made a deposit at VORTEX casino without any bonus and started spinning and won 20000zar,i requested a withdrawal and the casino requested security documents from me which i submitted and was accepted by them.A few days later i received an email stating that my account has been closed and i forfeit my winnings

Nothing to do with the nature of the internet. Many companies manage to restrict access to those countries they are allowed to serve. Ask the big music and movie companies, they are so convinced it can be done that they make this a requirement in any licencing deals.

I suspect this term is a way to wriggle out of having to obey the law here in the UK, and allows them to turn a blind eye to UK players who lose, but I bet they will suddenly notice that they shouldn't be serving a winning UK player and will simply return the deposit.

This is typical of Rival, they really don't care about who they licence, regardless of all the promises they have made in the past to "clean up their act", and regardless of how failure to vet licensees has ended up giving Rival as a brand such a poor reputation.

It really grinds my gears that Rival have followed Playtech and RTG before them, in selling their great products to any Tom, Dick or Harry who is prepared to pay for it.
It's stupid, short-sighted and very bad for players and everyone else involved in the online gaming industry

This one is even worse. It's not merely rogue, it is acting in a CRIMINAL manner with it's fake and bullshit "Gamcare certified" claim, and this is regardless of whether or not it actually accepts wagers from a UK player, or blocks them as soon as they enter their country in registration. However, offering the UK Pound as a currency is a good sign that they ARE prepared to flout the law.

This is a new low even for Rival. It puts them on a par with casinos that rip off software and pretend it's their own, rather like Jackpots Heaven.

The casino said i breached there rules and regulations which is 3 pages long,ive read carefully through it and couldnt find any thing i did wrong,ive asked them to identify what i did wrong without any response
