ABC withdrawal Issue

Hey all, I’m new to the site, I’ve actually had several successful withdrawals on this site but the minute I tried to withdraw over 1k it’s still pending! I’ve done the verification process yesterday but not sure how this is going to go! Not going to lie slightly nervous as put my last £10 on and so i would like to see my withdrawal process done! Any advice on what to do if not proceed?? I’m actually more worried now after reading the forums then I was yesterday

Help please ABC are not processing my withdrawal I have a total of £1200 in withdrawals go through no problem in smaller amounts they’ve asked me to send identification and I have it’s already been verified on the site! And they keep saying it’s still processing and ideas how I can sort this out asap

Don't panic - you will have probably triggered their EDD or something similar (I went through it multiple time with them) - once you have complied with the requests they pay out very quickly (providing everything is above board)

I don't play there anymore, but often found their customer services team (and Jan) are one of the best out there

I’m just in panic mode! I have had no issues with other sites it seem that they only have one member of staff on both chat and phone he said there is a delay in processing documents which is fine but they just reply with time frames and that’s it I’m just feeling a little disheartened as I’ve never had these issues before
 
No customer triggered basic KYC but around the 1st of the month were pretty busy so some processes take longer as usual. All sorted, verified and paid now.
