So a few days after being put in the rogue pit they did pay me $2k and it seemed they wanted to clear things up. Since then I've heard nothing from them and emails to support bounce as undeliverable, but the casino and website is still up and running.

I really wonder what is happening here with regards to Rival guaranteeing players would be paid. Anyone know of any way to contact Rival directly?

I just checked to see if this casino is still up & running (it is), and despite the problems going on right now it did make me giggle a bit when I checked what promos were being offered...

That was unsympathetic of you KK. The promo is named energy refill. When they went to the final bit of the promo they literally ran out of gas and so had to keep on repeating 'credit card... credit card..... be generous and deposit lol.
