Today in my snail mail I recieved a Christmas card from Club World. How nice I thought then I opened it up and my gift was a Free $100. chip as well as a 200% bonus.
It was nice of them to give the free chip but to take the time and send out an actual xmas card. Wow. Thank You Club World you just became #1 on my rtg list. Hope other casinos read this making a customer feel special is how you keep your customers. Merry Xmas to all and to all a good night.
 
Seems Club World are looking after their players, good to see on here considering all the negative comments at the moment towards RTG!

Your not gonna believe this one! I made a tread earlier thanking CLub World for sending me a xmas card in it they included a code for a free 100 dollar chip and a 200 % bonus. How nice I thought and I told everyone here how nice they are to think of me and actually send me a xmas card. Well now for the good part. I go to use codes it says contact customer service. Go to live chat she said scan card as proof that you got it lol What..... So I told her dont have scanner hooked up xmas decoations moved everything around so she cant help me. Then I pmed Club World Rep here still havent heard anything. So finally I call and get through the guy tells me oh sorry your acct does not qualify for these bonuses WTF FU I wanted to say. What YOU SENT THIS TO ME IN SNAIL MAIL... I now know what they mean when they say well its the thought that counts..... Just when I thought that a casino was finally starting to treat us the way we should be treated.. I am truly insulted by this one. Hey Enzo Im gonna be a lifer at 3dice because I have had enough of the BS from all the other casinos.... Merry Xmas everyone !!!! WAIT SORRY YOUR NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!

Yes I am pissed I have been member for a year and read for over two years and I have never talked bad about anyone. Tonight I have had enough.....
 
Yep i got one of these today as well. Was pleasantly surprised myself. Did you also get the 200% match bonus as well?

Wow that has to be the shittiest thing I have seen in awhile. Truly sorry. Glad I never had the *ahem* pleasure of depositing there!
 
Well I suppose I got off better than you did. My code worked at Club World, but not at aladdins or lucky red. Was told the same thing, scan the card, and mail it in. I figure what's the point. Knowing my luck for even trying to redeem the code at 3 casinos they'd probably try to pull promotion abuse on me anyways. Haven't tried the 200% match but after an incident a month or so back I haven't really had the gumption to make an actual deposit there. So I suppose I had my $100 worth of fun and will just write the rest off as a loss on there part. lol

How to piss a player off, lesson 1.

Promise him/her something, preferably a free chip, make him/her feel a special, valued player, and then, as soon as he/she tries to claim, tell him/her that he/she is NOT ELEGIBLE FOR IT!!
You can be almost 100% sure that you will NEVER see that player again!!

A few questions......


Why would they send you this free chip? If you don't qualify? I wonder if they sent out the same code and they think maybe people are sharing the code? You should PM the other people who got this code and see if they are the same.

Why would everyone get the same gift? I'm sure there are small depositers and huge depositers.
 
I'm going to have to stick up for ClubWorld here until/unless more info comes out as I have been a long time player there and respect their casinos. I am guessing the problem is either a simple mixup on the part of CW or that OP has used free chip(s) lately (i.e. while the card was in the mail) and became disqualified.

Note to OP: Just in case you are active on a 'bonus hunters' forum, trying to call out CW here without waiting for the rep's reply may backfire on you. ;)
 
Well live chat did confirm that the code was the same code sent to everyone who qualified. So I'm thinking they qualified for one of the 3 places, just which one we don't know. I'm sure if you scan in the card and all, you'll probably get a call from promotions telling you what place you qualified for. I wasn't surprised that I didn't qualify at Aladdins or Lucky Red just because I've only played the initial deposit bonuses there and nothing else. To give a $100 away for only one $50 deposit even in my mind would be a bit out of this world.
So anyways that's my two cents on it all.
 
I got the card to...was gone in a flash and you have to had made at least two deposits to redeem it so I just downloaded clubworld again...lost the moolah but I will take them up on the 200% bonus later this week.
 
I stated in the other thread you had to have made at least two deposits for it to count so I had to download Clubworld and then the code worked. It didn't work for me in Alladin's Gold as I had only made one deposit there.

It should have stated on the card the rules required..I bet they received a lot of phone calls today.
 
Yes, we have been having a few problems with the Christmas Cards this year.

The setup was that the recipients could redeem the coupon codes in the casino of their choosing however some enterprising individual decided to post the coupon codes on the internet.

As you can imagine we were then inundated with players who were not sent the cards attempting to redeem the free chips on non-depositing accounts, hence the response from our CS to scan the card and send it in.

It is a real shame that some genuine enquiries have been caught up in this however as long as you redeem the coupons in the casino that you play at the most there shouldnt be any issues.

cpdnd31 I have updated your player class in ClubWorld so the coupon codes will work for you now. I do apologise for the frustrations caused.

If anyone else is having troubles with the Christmas coupons please PM me and I will get it straightened out for you as quickly as I can.

I thank you for updating my casino acct. I understand that you are having problems. What really upset me and put me over the top was when customer service tells you oh your not good enough for this. That hurts----I was good enough everytime I deposited I am good enough to help make his paycheck every week- I am good enough because Im from the usa and everytime to make a deposite I risk getting in trouble -paying extra fees and so on TY for the gift but a better one would be customer service lessons on what not to say. lol

Now in your defense-I never had a problem with your casino until last night. I think out of all my deposites I have taken 2 bonuses.
I never had bad customer service there either. Hey theres a first for everything. Maybe that is why I got so pissed last night.

Assuming it's too complicated to set up a different code for each player; on the next promo like this why don't you tell everyone their code is totally unique to them only and won't work for anyone else, even if they are actually the same.
It would be lying of course, but only a white lie, and I'm sure any right minded person would understand and forgive you such a harmless transgression! ;)

Same here I may give that 200% a shot although I don't hold out much hope. I used the bonus and it went soooo fast. The tightness of slots took all the fun out of getting a free chip. It was very nice of them to send it though so I do appreciate that.:thumbsup:

Ditto. I never even got close to making WR on 4 $100 free chips (3 RTG, 1 Rival). Bah humbug.
