5plusbet do not withdraw winnings
After passing the standard verification procedurę (Verification has been approved.), I deposited my money. After a few weeks, I received the first payment of 120 €, after a few minutes (AD1). The problem appeared at the second "bigger" payment of 700 €. First of all, I waited about 5 days(I ordered withdraw on Friday so I decided that it would fall in after the weekend). I wrote a chat about the request to check what happens to the withdraw. For over 40 minutes, nothing could be determined, I had to wait. The next day, trying to log in to my account, I got this gift (AD2). So I wrote and there again, spending 20 minutes talking, I had to write an email to them (cs@5plusbet.com) The man who served me could not explain it…. So I wrote again , and after a few hours I got an answer for that (AD3). I checked the regulations and in the case of "detection" I have no right to defend myself (AD4).
Each registered client can have only one account. When registering on the site, there is a rule for one family, one address, e-mail address, credit / debit card number or IP address. In accordance with the rules of 5plusbet, such accounts are subject to blocking or cancellation of bets (rule No. 10.7)
We are not obliged to provide the results of the investigation (this is specified in the rules), as this will help to circumvent the methods of revealing dishonest game for interested persons.
I have one account in this bookmaker and I did not create any multiple accounts. 5plusbet stolen my €700 winnings.
