1st off I want to say that 3dice over the last 48 hours has been nothing but un-professional. Between Enzo being a smart ass and them not being able to confirm a QT deposit, I told them to close my account this morning. 1st things 1st.....
A couple days ago Enzo decided to send me a message in my inbox on here to basically tell me that it was impossible to cash out$ 300 - $500 3-4 times on 25 deposits of $60. Yes Enzo, on your casino it is INDEED impossible, not on microgaming casinos though. Sorry pal. (Totally unprofessional, who does that?) He proceeded to give me some silly ridiculous stats as if he had some kind of proof of his claim. He was referring to me saying I normally cash out 3-4 times on 25 deposits on Riverbelle, yet on 30 deposits on 3dice, I didnt have any after my initial win. Since i closed my account, i cant copy and paste what he wrote, and I am quite certain he doesn't have the balls to paste what he wrote in this thread.
At one point in the email, he basically told me something along the lines of " you are in you own little fantasy land at your beloved Riverbelle casino." Once again, classless and unprofessional. I remember another poster months ago having a similar situation with Enzo so it seems he has a VERY short fuse, and isn't very good at handling sticky situations . Sounds crazy but i decided to deposit one more time last night and win or lose, delete the casino for good. It still gives me the impression of a guy running a casino out of someones basement.
Well i made my $70 deposit using QT, and it did not appear in my account. Anna said if it didnt appear in my account in 10 mins, she would manually credit my account and if it showed up after, to send her back the $70. Fine, she was nice enough to do so. I played through my $70 and the other funds never showed up. I wake up this morning to this......

So Anna sends me back an email saying I need to get proof that it was sent to 3dice, completely understandable , i am awaiting an email as we speak for that email from Quicktender. My question is, what kind of rinky dink operation is this, that they want me to take time out of my day to confirm a deposit that I made with a payment method they suggest? Isn't that their freaking job?
As I said before, I decided to try this casino because a few good things were said about it on this board, but in the end, the bad payouts and situations like this FAR outweigh the good things about the casino. Do yourself a favor if you are thinking about downloading this casino, steer clear. Just my 2 cents. Enzo, I am sure you are a decent guy but you should really think about some anger management classes, the way you handled me and the other poster a few months ago is completely unacceptable. You want to blame the low payouts on bad luck streaks, then post your silly stats as if to back your claims of being a fair casino but I see right through you guys, took some time, but its clear you wont be around much longer with such poor payouts. There is a reason you use your own software and that is so you can make adjustments to the payouts at any given time. You changing supersuits was a concrete example of that. Good luck.
