Hi Everyone

(oooo My first thread)

Since joining this site, Im finally brave enough to try all these different casinos based on what you all say rather than sticking to the boring mainstream, and i'm glad I did because after a year of painfully rubbish luck I finally had a teenie teenie win. £88 on 14 lines x5p. Free spins kept re triggering. Not quite the sums that I have had in the past, but hopefully an indication my luck is on the turn.

I decided to withdraw just half my balance to test the process of withdrawal and I was utterly disapointed to discover 3dice take 24 hours to process leaving it fully reversable. Also I have made 2 deposits to 3dice, 1 via ukash the 2nd using my debit card, yet they did not offer my debit card as an option to withdraw to. So I have had to send it to moneybookers despite never having used that method to deposit. Have id docs always to hand so happy to do that, but was never given an option.

The withdrawal process is to me one of the most important aspects of determining where I play, and im afraid this has put me off quite a bit.

Does the process improve over your time there or is it like that for everyone?

Must admit, If I compare this to cassava's withdrawal process though its a piece of cake.

More info on 3Dice withdrawals found here

You are in for a world of shock if you think 24hrs is a long time :p oh and you can ask a rep to remove your withdrawal (flush it) then there is no way to reverse it.

I see you are from the U.K do you use Neteller at all? 90% of the time withdrawals to Neteller have been instant for myself and very rarely over 6-8hours.

Huge apologies to 3Dice

3Dice have processed my withdrawal fully already. Wish i had withdrawn whole balance now, as just lost the other half. lol
Anyway, amazed surprised and please with that.

mattsgame - I did have a Neteller not long ago. Then one day out of no where they just suspended it. Haven't sorted it out I must admit, but was so annoyed at the time. I think I should get it sorted as it has a Cash card so I can have hands on access to it.
Thanks for reminding me Matt.
On a totally different subject, do you have any recommendations where to play. Love Nordicbet, bored with ladbrokes, so I just want somewhere fresh, that is evenly generous with coughing up the wins and appreciates customer loyalty?

.

Yes indeed Mattsgame is right , If your complaining about 24hrs this whole online gaming thing really isnt going to be for you.

But welcome to the forum and if you do continue to play check out the good and bad casinos on here, and also be prepared for withdrawals a lot longer than 24hrs.

No such beast.

Anyway, it might be easier too if you mentioned which software. If you're bored with certain things (ex microgaming) there's no point in someone recommending you another microgaming

Sorry, I probably didn't explain myself well, the processing period is not a huge issue as such, the way I had understood it was it would be left in my account on hold for 24 hours first. It wasn't the case anyway as it they processed immediately. I didn't realise you could 'flush' so that actually opens up a whole new world for me now so thank you.

I have played (too much probably) for the last 18 months, but tended to trust the high street / commercial brands as it were, such as WH, paddypower, Ladbrokes, Jackpotjoy and Foxy. These have been my main play areas. I've dabbled elsewhere but so many of the "best top 10 casinos online" ahem sites i discovered were obviously brand biased. Mr Green was my first real step outside the box a year ago.
I have studied the accredited section and almost know the list by heart you cant beat player recommendations based on experience. Just helps narrow it down that bit further.

Prefered Software
NETENT are without doubt my favorite due to the game design. Microgaming I played so much so I am used to them but so bored now.

I guess its two fold - Firstly a netent or all rounder recommendation,
and secondly if there was something that had their own game designs (they would have to be highly recommended though ;) this is kinda why I like 3dice, just wish they had more.

Ok probably way too much information sorry!!!

While I've not been personally satisfied by the level of support at Intercasino, they do have good games and were fast to pay when I did win.

I like Playtech games very much. Bet365 was my choice for a very long time until some technical issues, and I have no hesitation recommending them.

If you take bonuses, read all the rules. Intercasino restricts some 9 line slots from bonus play, the max bets allowed varies a lot from casino to casino, and whether or not progressive slot play is allowed with a a bonus are a couple to look out for.

Heck, read all the rules before you deposit at all, with or without a bonus.

3Dice used to offer credit card withdrawals...yet I also noticed within the last couple of weeks that this is no longer an option...which pretty much makes it hard for me to cashout a decent amount, and actually get cash in hand. I do hope they bring it back at some point in the future.

You're Canadian; WD via skrill

Unfortunately, my MB/Skrill account was locked a while back until I provide them with a passport or driver's licence...of which I have neither. I am looking into the new Ontario Photo ID card, and will eventually get one. I had that MB account for years, with never a problem until about six months ago. I do use Ecocard now for smaller withdrawals, that I just plan on redepositing. But I love the WD back to CC, as I usually have them on my card within about 48 hours, and can then go to the ATM and withdraw it. I use the Moneymart Titanium Visa, and it's awesome IMO.

But thanks Dion..I will eventually get my Skrill sorted, and also upgrade my Eco account, so that I can receive their Mastercard as well..again, so that I can withdraw via an ATM.
