Announcement 3Dice removed from Accredited Section and placed back on

I love 3dice. It is my favorite casino for multiple reasons. I was able to deposit until this new PnP thing happened a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn't hesitate to depo today if I could. Im curious as to how some can still be depositing?

Regardless, I miss playing at 3d. Everyone is great, and I've never ever had an issue with them. Hope this is all resolved very soon.

Sudden absences in general, whether it be in person, phone/ messages or an online forum, could very well be linked to that person dealing with a personal issue or illness. Whether or not this is the reason we may never know, but let's not jump to any conclusions or criticise until we have heard from a 3Dice rep.
 
Frankly, while 3Dice is (was?) a fantastic casino, they simply arent showing enough interest here to, if not directly answer Qs, but assuage fears, and meet CM standards. They may still very well meet their core members' needs, but Bryan has a right to dictate (his well known, and agreed to) criteria for being promoted and accredited here.

I hope Enzo is OK too. I remember chatting to him a couple of years ago and he was working CRAZY hours for the casino - something like 14-16 hours a day 6 or 7 days per week. There is only so long someone can keep that up :(

The thing is, what is crucial is the ability and desire to communicate. It's a bit alarming to me that Enzo was absent from the forum - I have sent a number of PMs directed towards iGaming reps since August - including Enzo - and no one has been answering my emails either.

If support had known that Enzo was absent, they would have had someone fill his place here. It's not a massively huge casino like Ladbrokes or something. I find it odd that no one has communicated anything to me. And yes, I have written to support as well.

I agree that they have unique games, and in the past they have had superb support. But to remain non-communicative to one of their chief supporters is not a good indicator that all is well at 3Dice. Thus their removal.

In terms of PABs they average about one per year. Last one was in 2013. In case anyone is asking that is an EXTRAORDINARILY low rate of complaints. :thumbsup:
 
I am hoping whatever is going on gets taken care of soon . With Paste and pay being down i have only been depositing and playing at 3 dice. Great casino and quick hassle free pay.
 
I have to admit, I am getting a "little worried"...members have made the casino's management aware of this thread yesterday, and no one has even bothered to come and even look at the tread. I am no online gaming expert, but if my casino lost accreditation at one of the most respected gaming forums, I would make sure I was doing something to show that I cared enough to even look at the thread and try and see what I could do to become accredited again. Even if I didn't own the casino.

My gut feeling is not good about this...I am starting to think Bryan maybe is right in saying that things may not be all that well at 3dice...

Just my thoughts.

That's not really true. There is one from them who have read the thread this evening.
I won't say the name since the person isn't listed as a rep, but at least you know now that they do care that much.

Bryan...you have to run your business as you see appropriate, and guidelines are guidelines. That being said, perhaps contact will be made soon and an explanation will be give and all of the issues rectified. 3Dice has been a casino here that has been presented many awards for their service (as you stated); hopefully all of that hard work will not be in vain. I don't think so...hope to see this resolved soon. Thanks for what you do!

It's also the weekend - people have lives outside the internet, you know? I have no doubt we'll hear something next week. When you consider the changes in any and every top-ranked casino here, this particular change isn't the most alarming, IMHO, and the easiest to fix.

Yes, it is the weekend..... 6 months of weekends hasn't made a difference, one more, I'm sure won't either.
 
This is very surprising. I could think of only one obvious financial reason why they wouldn't be responding to Bryan. This place must be in some difficult financial situation. It would be nice to communicate the exact reason, but we don't live in a perfect world and certainly running your own business is a big financial risk.
 
What is going on in the chat on 3Dice? Is it still an option? I have played there in several years so am not in the loop anymore. Just curious.

Doesn't sound good but hopefully they will answer soon on Monday since it is weekend now. I can understand they were suppose to response in timely manner. Thats unfortunate they had have their accredited removed. I just hope that Enzo is alright and the casino itself is alright. They were very good with payment and quick payment return to our account from casino. It is unusual to see this has been absented for sometimes. Lets hope someone will chime in to answer.

I would have never played 3Dice without the Casinomeister promotion and accredited status because I had never known that they exist.

And the way they left the forums is poor style. OK then no more deposits from me. Sorry 3Dice.
 
I played there since 2007, never ever had any problem with cashouts. For me It's enough to play at any online casino. I know it is a hard casino (last time played the ror jackpot an loose like 2K on it). So im going to deposit there again just because the fast cashout !!!! Perhaps Enzo need a kiss to wake up lol :p:D

I've removed the leaderboard since they are no longer accredited here. I also think it's rather poor form that no one from the casino has contacted me - this (the non-communication) has been going on for some time now.

Anna contacted me last week stating that I would be hearing more. Well? That should have taken about 10 minutes, and still nada.

What I ought to say is to avoid this casino at all costs - if a casino can't be bothered to answer my inquiries, then why should it be bothered to answer yours?
