Everybody relax, sheet works out!!...Understand your frustration Laurie but you and I both know Enzo will get you straight and prolly throw you a big bone,I hope...netspend may be another story,seem like a bunch of clowns based on what I continue to read!!

netspend has worked well for me in the past and when i withdrew money from 3- dice to netspend, shortly after that, it all went to hell in a hand basket. i like 3- dice and im a loyal player, god knows i have spent the money there, what i dont like is knowing that another forum member knows more about my transactions going thru than me, is my info being shared now?and as far as a "big bone" goes i want nothing but what im entitled to and thats my 1k, and my positive balance restored, they have been nice and have put bonuses in for me and i dont expect them to keep doing it,but you have to remember they are out 1k also as netspend says they dont have it, i just want this nightmare to end cause i dont like getting upset like this and typing something that i will regret toward people , its not me nor my style to get or be ugly but sometimes you have to grow yourself a backbone and stand up for what you think is right................laurie

I was one of the guinie(sp) pigs used to try this CC w/d thing. Enzo transfered a sum of money into my visa debit to test it out. It took about 4 days for me to get it. He did it again and it took 4 days again. He thought by saying 3-5 days would be safe. Now, mind you, I dont use netspend or wired plastic, i use my bank visa

So now, ppl are cashing out to netspend and other prepaid cards and not getting their money in a timely manner. BUT..its showing as accepted like it did mine and my transaction.

The thing to do for now is to ask for a check. Im telling you guys, Ive done that several times and it takes 3-5 days at most. For some reason either it takes longer for prepaid or they are catching on and not accepting this. Im not trying to be biased either, I know for a fact that its not the fault of 3 dice.

I think she is saying that she was a guinny (sp) pig that Enzo
had try this system out

an when she says the transactions are taking longer then expected

it is not that she is privey to any 1's info it's just from what she is reading in the forum

I did not read into her post Oh yeah I personally saw so an so's
deposit an withdraw info

Enzo an 3Dice have more class then to show our info
to others even during a test

hells bells, dont even give a flying flip anymore, done.... thru.... over!!!!!! just want the crap straightened out, are you out 1k ? have you got a neg balance on a card that has worked so well for you in the past? dont preach to the choir girlfriend until you know the script :p........laurie

Im not privy to any acct info hon! I heard about the netspend /wired plastic thing for the first time today. I dont have knowledge of anyones accounts. I was just saying that when I was on 3 dice chat today alot of ppl were talking about it so I wanted to come in here and tell you all to use the check option

It worked fine when he tested it out with me so I thought it was working for everyone until today. Enzo would not dare tell me priveledged info about ppls money and number two, as I said before ,it went through within 4 days.

He just happen to ask me to test it like he did Rob or someonelse in here to test drive the new slots, thats all.

LJ: You have to know if I knew I would of told you when i talked to you on the phone the other day. I consider you my friend and would think you would give me the benefit of the doubt! I understand your upset but I swear on my mom's grave, I didnt know anything and I would of told you if I did

its been a very personal ,frustating week for me with this and other stuff going on, i never have been one to lose my cool but sometimes shit happens (and yes i cursed).i am one who tends to go out of their way to help other people and i cant even get a straight answer from anyone about this, yes barbara i know you use your bank debit card, i dont, as i like to keep my personal banking out of it and use a reload card cause when its gone its gone, you also have had your troubles in the past with casinos double charging you and you were very vocal about it, inetbet and clubworld, i cant remember which or it could have been both, so my friend babs, whats the difference with me doing a little bitching about getting screwed over , am i not entitled to be upset?when that hotel charged your credit card in a/c that was to be comped, you were pissed off, cant i be too at whats going on with my problem? i love 3- dice and the customer service peeps there, karen ,ellen and anna and i like ole enzo too, but i dont think he was on the ball this time over my problem.like i have said i want my bal. back to positive and id like to know where the 1k that was sent out on the 12th is? you would be doing and asking the same if you were in my shoes, im very sorry if i have offended anyone as those who know me best will say thats not lauries style:)

lauriejim...you have just as much right to vent as anyone else. And you are one of the most generous and kindhearted person I have known(well you know what I mean) :) I hope you get this problem solved real soon. Hang in there girl! :thumbsup:
 
You keep misreading me, please read what i wrote again. I was vocal about the casinos, I didnt accuse any friends of withholding information, which you did. Of course you are right to be mad and frustrated, I was just saying not to say I withheld info from you, thats all. Please reread what I wrote and youll see that im not even discussing what went wrong, I was answering you as far as not telling you something that I didnt even know

I would be bitching and upset just as much as you are now. I think your so upset your reading every other word or something. Bitch away, just not at me:)

checked this morning, now showing almost( 400.00) neg and i havent even used the card:what:i guess ill have to see if any drops off tomorrow it being the 7th day or hell it may go higher.is there anyone, that can see now why im getting so bent out of shape over this?

I think most understand your frustration moreso than others especially with your always pleasant disposition. That said we as US players have a stacked deck!!..I still hope it ends well for you!:)
 
Laurie this whole issue is just wrong - this had been going on way too long - I can't understand why they can't figure out where your 1000.00 is and why the double charges haven't gone away. And I'm sure every time you call to inquire about your account they charge you a fee.

just had an email from bob at 3- dice, im just gonna see what tomorrow brings and what will happen then, who knows!!! they have said its been sent to the card ,so tomorrow being the 7th day, it should show me at a positive balance and my 1k there? to me its not just the 1k ,its just doing whats right, a very wise friend on here has always told me(preached) "a debt made is a debt that should be paid", ive payed mine and have been way more than fair over this, and again its not 3- dices fault or netspends alone, if i ever win again at any casino , i will never request it go back on the card, just my q.t as i have never had a problem collecting from them, ill pay that 30.00 as this has caused ME and me alone nothing but stress. .....laurie
 
Well your nightmare is all the proof I need to never send a withdrawl to my card ( I was hoping it would be a good withdrawl route) I dont like having any transactions go to or from my bank account that is why I like using the prepaid cards. :(
