Whine and Moan 32Red situation

I see Kou187 is posting all his Montezuma & Rhino mega wins there too!!

Cor blimey I even see Kidgloves and the star of this thread - Yorkstar - on there. Judases the lot of you!

It looks very blue and it's full of new people

Its never been the same since they banned MrX.
Yep, im on there too, different name though

Well basically was in last saturday night and thought i would fancy a game online but try somewhere different, have heard lots of good reviews about 32 red on here and other places so thought i would give it try.

Anyway signed up all the normal rigma, name, date of birth, bank details e.t.c liked the look of the welcome bonus, 32 quid for every tenner, thought yeh not bad will have a go, so deposited 50 so 160 bonus 210 to play great.

Anyway proceeded to play lots of good games, and even enjoyed my biggest win on line, a nice 1,250, on break the bank free spins, you could say i was quite happy, anyway to cut a long story short i spent over 12 hours wagering, with lots of faetures e.t.c and with a tidy bonus bank of 1,500 by monday and 3/4 of wagering done, i then pop over to live chat, just to check on a few things.

Then the oh no, aperently i have already got on account and all bonus funds will be seized, and i can have my 50 pound back.

A bit miffed is an understatement, i honestly cant remember opening another account, can only think it was 4am after a big night out and a bit worse for ware, apperently i deposited 10 for 32 a while back.

Gutted only thing they said when signing up was you need to change your username, so i just thought fair enough my username sounds to much like my own name, which does happen now and again.

Ive just about got over it but it was pretty harsh, in the end i got my 50 quid back and withdrew very quickly.

Anybody think i was harshly treat fair enough if i already had an account, but honestly didnt realise, the big point is why let me sign up for bonus and let me waste over 12 hours wagering, and getting close to complete the bonus with a healthy balance.

Any thoughts guys would be welcomed.

Have you PMd the casino rep yet? Ignoring our rules concerning posting complaints is not a good way to get started here. Our "no tolerance" policy is here for a reason - you need to make sure you follow these rules.

I noticed how on that other site mentioned, the guy was specifically pointed towards Casinomeister by another member. He went to great lengths to cite the same problem over there too, bearing in mind he was a fairly new member there as well.

We like to give people the benefit of the doubt, either he's using the forum for sound advice on his mishaps or just touting the story around in order to shame 32Red into paying, as Harry stated. Forum rules have been broken and it remains to be seen if he'll even stick around anyway (not likely).

Hi All,

Thanks to those who brought this thread to my attention over the weekend.

@Yorkstar - can you please confirm receipt of the email (reference 160805-000249) sent to you on Friday around 6pm UK time? I can see a follow-up was also sent this morning.

Regards,
Mark

In my view, 32RED has then quite a loophole in their registration process. Not really acceptable as you could have problem gamblers who SE'ed registering a duplicate account without trouble.

Hi Harry,

I just wanted to step in here and reassure you that any accounts that are linked back to a problem gambler are automatically locked. That's something we take very seriously.

Regards,
Mark

Sorry Mark, that was not meant to imply that you do not.

According to the OP he entered the same details on page 1 + 2, changed the username on page 3 of the registration form and opened a new account which was accessible over the weekend until Monday when he contacted CS.

Now i don't know if that is exactly how it happened but if it did then there is some loophole in you registration process as the same name, DOB, email address should flag up as it did in the past, especially when using the same email address, IIRC. That is what i wanted to point out.

That would only be the case if the OP did in fact do as he did. Which im doubting to be honest ... maybe a genuine mistake on the OPs part but I tend to always sense BS when it comes to such things .... could be totally wrong of course. But either way OP lucked out as its clear 1 deposit bonus and 1 account. Anymore and your screwed.

Certainly not a genuine mistake Dino, see what he wrote in his post below. So he knew exactly there was already an account in his name.

Just to clarify harry it certanly wasnt a different email, signed up bank details, e.t.c only thing flagged was the username, changed it then everything fine.

And then goes on to claim a second SUB as well, gets lucky and wins a sizeable amount only to find out that CS confiscates the bonus and winnings. He then posts it on different online forums, gets told to come to CM (a lot of people know that CM is the home of 32RED when it comes to online forums and stellar player support by Mark), posts only half of his story in the complaints section as most fraudster do (you never see the whole sequence of events in their first post). On top he never thinks to PM Mark to seek clarification before posting his "complaint".

Clear to me that this was an attempt to pressure 32RED into re-instating his balance. And we know that 32RED is one of the most lenient casinos when it comes to genuine mistakes, they would never screw a player over that.

I might be totally wrong here, will stand to be corrected and eat quietly my words if it was a genuine mistake from the OP.

Why it did not flag the email address, name, DOB during registration is a mystery as it used to do that. Maybe there is a small bug in the relaunched 32RED website and this just brought it to light.

"So he knew exactly there was already an account in his name."
not in the name - but in alias. if one is constantly uses alias e.g. "newyorker" - then you are used to "automatically" change it to something like "newyorker1" or some backup alias when system tells you "your username is already in use"

this results in punters using different aliases on different sites, even when they want to use one the same username. Then with time people switch aliases, so they start using "newyorker" but after some time they can use "starfighter", it's normal

then punters often have different emails, like "old email", "main email", "backup email" - this results in punters using different usernames and different emails on different sites (or accidentally or on purpose even on the same website)

Agreed Yorkstar was probably trying it on. And notice how he disappears now ...pathetic really people getting so desperate that they have to resort to such tactics.

Probs best to register with your next door neighbour's email though just to cover ya tracks

then casino security department will track using IP or cookies, or smth else - and then block all your accounts, confiscate funds

so don't even try registering multiple accounts

It's alright, I'll just come on here and say I was pissed :drink:

on any BIG WIN casino security department will check all the dirty laundry of the winner, and then reject that win on the grounds of "duplicate account" or smth like that

LMAO guys, can't stop laughing. :D

But let's get one thing said: 32RED will never withhold a payment, no matter how big, if the player is genuine. In my 4 years with them i have been paid on the dot like clockwork, many times 10-20K sums. I never felt anywhere else so assured that i will get paid.

EDIT: i do actually miss playing there to be honest. If they could just speed up payments

From what I understand the guy has been advised to limit what he says to prevent compromising any impending review so I would not blame him for backing off this thread

Right but if he did have 2 accounts it wont matter the terms are clear on this. So I dont think he has a leg to stand on. And cant see 32red or any other casino for that matter paying up on a double account when the same bonus has been used. To many holes in this for me and i dont believe a word of it. Like Harry I will though gladly eat my words with ketchup if proved otherwise.

You may well be right. I wonder if a "legal high" argument would work better as its got legal in it ?
