Well basically was in last saturday night and thought i would fancy a game online but try somewhere different, have heard lots of good reviews about 32 red on here and other places so thought i would give it try.

Anyway signed up all the normal rigma, name, date of birth, bank details e.t.c liked the look of the welcome bonus, 32 quid for every tenner, thought yeh not bad will have a go, so deposited 50 so 160 bonus 210 to play great.

Anyway proceeded to play lots of good games, and even enjoyed my biggest win on line, a nice 1,250, on break the bank free spins, you could say i was quite happy, anyway to cut a long story short i spent over 12 hours wagering, with lots of faetures e.t.c and with a tidy bonus bank of 1,500 by monday and 3/4 of wagering done, i then pop over to live chat, just to check on a few things.

Then the oh no, aperently i have already got on account and all bonus funds will be seized, and i can have my 50 pound back.

A bit miffed is an understatement, i honestly cant remember opening another account, can only think it was 4am after a big night out and a bit worse for ware, apperently i deposited 10 for 32 a while back.

Gutted only thing they said when signing up was you need to change your username, so i just thought fair enough my username sounds to much like my own name, which does happen now and again.

Ive just about got over it but it was pretty harsh, in the end i got my 50 quid back and withdrew very quickly.

Anybody think i was harshly treat fair enough if i already had an account, but honestly didnt realise, the big point is why let me sign up for bonus and let me waste over 12 hours wagering, and getting close to complete the bonus with a healthy balance.

Any thoughts guys would be welcomed.

It's clear you're not a bonus abuser - an innocent mistake on your behalf, but this is the main reason why 32Red have seized your winnings as it's strictly one bonus per person (or household). It always sucks when you win and due to a technicality you can't cash out. I won a few thousand with InterCasino a few years back and they had a £100 max cash-out on the promo which I failed to spot.

The only issue I can see here is why 32Red allowed you to proceed past registration, let alone depositing. It should have blocked you instantly on your NAME and DOB.

Just be grateful that 32Red are one of the better casinos and have given your £50 back (that doesn't happen often when you open multiple accounts based on the stories I've seen here over the years!)

Pretty sure if you'd lost the £50 you would have heard no more about it. This tactic is all the rage with casinos now I hear.

Still, makes you wonder what the hell casinos vet when it comes to customer information, a big clue being - you know- someone's name and that.

But on your end, I am surprised that you'd not remember registering at a big site like 32 Red. Perhaps it was another household member?

32 Red never fail to amaze!

Sorry but i do not fully buy this story.

- to open a second account you must use a different email address as that is a unique identifier and checked during registration. So the OP must have used a secondary email
- if he downloaded the MG software with the first account then it will be automatically detected if he was using the same device again. MG is hiding a small cookie which is difficult to find and delete (for obvious reasons). So the OP must have used a different device.
- name and DOB are not cross-checked at registration, only at account verification.

If he registered and played at 32RED previously I can't believe that he won't remember. The 'depo 10, get 32' is a very unique SUB deal.

32RED are absolutely right to confiscate bonus and winnings on this occasion.

32 Red have done nothing wrong here from what I read (yes I defend them a lot but this seems defo warranted)

If indeed it is a mistake, I do feel for you, I'd be gutted too, sounds harsh but a big (but nasty) lesson to be learnt and remembered here unfortunately.

As others have said at least you got your 50 notes back, some outfits out there would have delivered a mighty FU and kept your cash!

Probably nothing to be gained but a PM to their Rep Mark may or may not help. Maybe he could do some extra digging, prove it was a genuine error maybe, or maybe you could come to some sort of middle ground or compromise.

Unlikely but you never know ???

No i have had the same email for over 15 year like i say probably silly on my part not remembering signing up, but its just the going all that way without nothing been said, like i say about 1,500 left and about the same to wager, im honest simple as, got a few other accounts netbet, skyvegs, coral, i admit you should know if you have opend an account, but i did feel robbed blind, shame as like i say supposed be a very good site, anyway we learn and move on.

Surely a site as big as as red32 should instantly recognise you already have an account without signing in never mind accepting the welcome bonus, on live chat said it takes a while for 2 accounts to find each other, but bear in mind it was saturday when i signed up and not until late monday i made enquirees.

And yeh jonmincher certanly not trying to claim out back and accept its a bit daft on my part, just needing a bit of clarificaton i guess. like i say we move on just not with 32red

OK, just to see what it is all about i just tried to open an account with 32RED although i had previously already one.

- page 1 --> enter personal details
- page 2 --> address
- page 3 --> it suddenly shows my old account number and even the password.

Clearly, you must have seen the same screen and decided to tweak a few things to claim the bonus. Sorry, but no sympathy from me, in fact, i think you knew exactly what you are doing and did it on purpose.

- It doesn't ask for your bank details on registration unless the registration interface is totally different in the UK (fellow peeps from the UK, please confirm)
- So it flagged the username and you didn't think anything, changed it and carried on... and that was not a hint for you that you have already an account???? Really?

I'm pretty sure it wouldn't. Of course I would try to register another account, but, you know, I might get my account banned!

Nope certanly not, was certanly not trying anything on whatsoever, like i say im not going to get anything back, just felt a bit harshly treated, but like i say move on, if i could bring back the exact situation in terms of signing up i would, signed up for bonus and wagerd for a lifetime end of.

You have NOT been treated harshly.

You wiggled your way around to open a second account and claimed a second SUB, hence, they treated you just right by confiscating bonus and winnings.

I rather think you thought you could have a chance to get your balance back by posting a complaint on CasinoMeister for everybody to see and hoping it would put some pressure on 32RED to do that.

FYI, if you would have made an effort you would have read the posting rules for complaints, which obviously you didn't. It says clearly IN RED, contact the casino rep first with your grievance before posting a complaint!

EDIT: Here are those rules, maybe you read them now:

Im not botherd the clux of the matter is doing millions of spins wagering and spending hours and hours and to be then told 3 days later (no thats not going to happen) as ive said not looking for sympathy, cash back or anything, and to be fair there as been some good feedback, do i class that 1,250 on break the bank my higest ever win or just try and forget it very quickly

I'd go for the latter and chalk it off as a, erm, lapse of judgement :(

On the plus side, perhaps they've let you keep the accrued loyalty points for your hours of play!

Ok will draw a line over it, was just hopeing for a nice bit of feedback, i appreciate your input, if i see you 2 i will certanly buy you a few pints, but i defintely wont, cheers

I will most definitely NOT accept a pint from a fraudster, so no worries, no need to have that expense.

glad to see you joined the community yorkster, ONLY after a few people - myself included, suggested you you had nothing to lose by doing so ;)
i didn't realize that you took the sub when you mentioned it on jpf mate, which obviously does complicate matters more, but i (as mentioned there) also have 2 accounts with 32red... although i didnt take the signup bonus with the 2nd one - and CS knew i had made a second account and if i remember they actually suggested it (password problems iirc), and again as said the other week, i had made the odd withdrawal since.
Anyway, stay off the shots bro ;)
