32red promos

I have been getting this EVERY time on my login straight after launching the casino.

The "timeout" message is immediate, so cannot be a genuine timeout issue.

All I have to do is close the page, disconnect, and then reconnect, and everything works fine with the message displayed correctly, whether promo or "play mobile" page.

I am struggling to replicate. Do you have Auto Login enabled? I'm wondering if the log in is 'too quick' for the message popup to retrieve your details.

Just want to say this problem been there for some weeks... almost every time I get the same error... including a screenshot.

No auto-login here and nothing special. Actually a fresh install on this computer as of yesterday and still same. Some days it works though.

This same error happens to me, but usually only when there is no bonuses available (when the mobile promo is meant showing).

hi guys

many a time I hit the I have already deposited button to claim it, but then I will receive a message that says oooppppsss you need to deposit first:confused: of course I already had deposited. I then wait 5 mins after logging out. log back in and I claim it no problem.
 
I too have problems here,my favorite casino but makes it tough to play there.Can only deposit using flash casino(download casino says unable to proceed after method of deposit and amount).Havent seen a deposit bonus game in many months,have to check here or make the call,I find chat to busy.Unable to run scrips for deposit bonus games,cannot check loyality points,playchek or anything in my account.Would like to claim a bonus without making a phonecall,although it a free call, its just feels wrong to have to call and bother someone to claim a bonus,for 6 months or longer its been like this.

exactly whats happening to me with the scripts ALWAYS coming up vinyl. and I notice too at Ladbrokes I cant get rid of that bloody scripts page, takes about 8 attempts and comes back.

Hey Mark, other than couple of tidbits of yours (incl one a tad late for some of us) it's not quite the Club Rouge we used to know.
Despite my previous post here applauding 32RED's quality & performance, it was looking somewhat insipid even then :confused:
Had some decent wins earlier and always appreciated the Club R freebies too.
But don't see much that makes Me feel "special" any more.
Not talking about having to win all the time either...
it's just that 32Red always had some extra privileges for those of us in CR.

170 plus deposits past 12 months. Over $15000 in since 2011 and a bit less out, I'd reckon.
Wouldn't go public on that score usually, except there's now 17 pages in this thread ...

I can't complain about lack of bonuses on 32red. They still offer more than most other casinos.

If you play with them they will throw in freebies quite often.

Latest months I have played a bit more on other casinos so not many deposits at 32red, but still they have given me bonuses and cash during this time. Not as much as usual, but I know, once I start depositing like normal again those bonuses and cash will reflect my deposits in a very good way.

Stupid ball on roulette table always land on black when I put big bets on red lately though :)

I've noticed not to many bonuses recently at 32 Red. Probably a month now since they all dried up. That's fine. They've always been very generous with bonuses freebies etc but some kind of indication as to exactly what's happening would be a step in the right direction.
 
New promo, new chance to troubleshoot.

Here is a screenshot of the problems with claiming:-

Firstly, logging on gets the "timeout" error, and so to load the promo it is necessary to disconnect and then reconnect.

Dish of the Day then displays, which for me was deposit £100 for £75

I clicked through to the bank and deposited £100, and then clicked "back to casino".

I then waited, and very soon I got this script error (screenshot).

Also visible is the other long standing error where although a deposit has been made, and "back to casino" button clicked, the "bank" tab just hangs instead of unloading. It's possible that this has some bearing on the other errors which follow.

Having taken the screenshot, I dismissed the script error by clicking "continue to run scripts" and it disappeared.

However, the claims page then hung in a wait state, never advancing to the "claim bonus".

It is then necessary to force it to move on by clicking "I have already deposited".

This works, and the £75 was successfully claimed, credited, and then lost:D

Wonder how that happened :what:

it wont have anything to do with what you said :D if you notice mark did say they were doing a different format to these bonuses. do you not think they are now doing 3 a week starting Friday/sunday?

Thanks for the heads up. As I've mentioned, I don't get the promo mailings for some reason.

There is something new going on though, I think maybe the something new Mark talked about.

When I went to read the T&Cs for the promo (I always do, even for 32Red on a new promo), there was a link for game weighting table. I had to log in to the bonus table with my player ID and password.

So it may not be the same for everyone. I think a more individualized approach was mentioned.

I'm primarily a slot player, I didn't notice any difference in my weightings. But I have to admit I probably should have read closer, the megaspin games used to be excluded from the slots, and I'm not sure if I noticed that or not. The only thing I did notice was Live Casino is zero percent.

People that are primarily table players might see a difference though. Just speculation on my part, but you might want to read the T&Cs as the login approach to view terms is new.

The loyalty points aren't really for low rollers, are they? Seems to take an awful long time to wager 10k to claim them.
 
I think its pretty sad to see some people squeal about not being "treated like a VIP" etc just because there has been less bonuses in a short period. I think some forget that until recently the match deposits did not run every day even during a promotion I.e. there were "sorry no bonus today" days. The promos over the past 6 months have had a match every day.

If ones sole reason for playing at 32Red is bonuses, then I'm not entirely surprised that they have taken steps to tailor promotions to individuals. Personally, I place fast payouts and excellent service higher than bonuses.

I just think its amazing how some who sing their praises whilst the offers are juicy suddenly turn on them when they aren't so juicy. Shows how fickle some can be.

I remember that. They had the horse poo on the track to signify a no bonus day, or an item in the sale caught fire when scanned. It meant you got a bonus or a laugh, so no day was dull.

It's not going to make a difference in mathematical terms whether they use a horse race, whackamole, or dish of the day, but in marketing and PR terms it DOES make the difference. For starters (orders), the funnier games generate conversation on the forums, and may lead to players playing just to see a biography of some airhead celebrity burst into flames, even though it meant a no bonus day.

I am pretty sure these have been individually tailored for some time, it's only recently that we have all noticed.

The most important thing now is to troubleshoot and fix these errors as they detract from the experience, as well as not being in keeping with the 32Red image.
 
Got an email from 32 Red! Good to see some new bonuses :) I might do a deposit tonight. There's no where else i'd rather play :thumbsup: Just been on a break recently a bonus should gimme some more play time.

Also on a side note. Members that are part of Club Rouge have earned their status. Therefore as a reward their bonuses will be better than those who havent, it's called a loyalty club. While i'd certainly enjoy some of the more juicy perks. I'm not eligble. They remain strictly for those that earn them. When I start playing there more I might earn that status but as for now I'm happy with the current comps. CR is not for everyone.

I think the mystery is how one gets in. Unlike other VIP schemes, it is not just a matter of how much you deposit, play, win, or lose. You cannot get in by throwing loads of money through the casino. It's also more of a personal thing, rather than an automated algorithm.

I believe I got in regardless of my play, but down to the help I provided in diagnosing a serious problem with the Viper client software that prevented players from being able to launch the casino and play. I also provided a temporary fix that I published on the forum, and this was some weeks before MGS managed to trace and fix the issue.

Of course, the longer the issue persisted, the more harm it did to 32Red's business because customers simply could not access the product. It affected many MGS casinos, and seemed to strike at random. It also appeared that uninstalling and reinstalling didn't necessarily help, and with even this not working, players were simply walking away and playing elsewhere.

Prior to my Club Rouge invitation, 32Red invited me to a dinner in London as a thank you for my work on this problem, and at this event, we did discuss the mystery of Club Rouge, and is also where I learned it was set up so one could not simply buy a way in by being a "whale".

A more obscure point to note is that being a Club Rouge member does not necessarily entitle one to all the boni, although I don't know if any player in Club Rouge has suffered a bonus ban. With individually tailored offers, this may no longer be necessary.

Okay my bonuses for this week:

1 x 50%
2 x 25%
2 x 10%

One nice 100% bonus :)

They are probably saving the good bonuses for the weekend. What have other people gotten?
