That first offer was not up for 24 hours though, as it was not there when I logged in last night (Pacific time).
Does this mean, that we missed out on the 100 free spins Mark ? There is a time zone thing going on here, somehow, and obviously haven't taken the first offer, since it wasn't available. ;)

Not that it's THAT big of a deal, since he won't win anyway (That would screw up my sportsbook) :lolup:

Yes, that has been an issue with the promos recently I.e. the first one doesn't last 24 hours.

I usually play at the same time each day, although I was out yesterday helping my dad get around so may have just missed it anyway.

It's not usually a problem, but this time it IS a problem because they are linked together for the free spins, but this is hypothetical, he will not win, and then he will be Scottish again:rolleyes:
 
Bit late but just a quick thanks to Mark for sorting me out with credits. You are a prince. :)

Everything is back to normal now on the 9 line front so all is well, though like everyone else I miss those tasty mole-bashing saturday match bonuses..
The TS1 clones have just the right variance and flexibility for me and I think they must still be pretty popular with a lot of people as Simmo mentioned they were among the first to get transfered across to mobile.

i have the same offer too. I notice in my terms and T/C line 7. murray don't need to win to get the free spins. yet it says he needs to win on my header..
it just says make all 3 deposits to get the free spins..............

I also appreciate the feedback on the connection of the three bonuses and difficulty in claiming the first one in different time zones. I wouldn't have been aware of the new offer on Friday if not for this CM thread.

I was glad to have a bonus to play with. I deposited less than 200 however.

To have $600 to deposit over a weekend with the POSSIBILITY of 100 freespins , winnings that are bonus cash, isn't a huge enticement to bust my bankroll.

Was fortunate enough to make a withdrawal, I'll be depositing again though!

For what it's worth, I like having a promo up and running, even when you get Sorry no Bonus today some days, instead that darned phone!

Do you not get emails from 32Red? The offer was sent out.

FYI, there is no requirement to deposit $600 - if you choose 'change stake' you will see the deposit values can be decreased.

No Mark, I don't get the promo emails. It's a mystery. I even changed email accounts. I receive test emails, red letter day offers, and the new game updates, just never one when a new promo is live, although my account is set to be sent them.

It's been looked at a few times.

I was only referring to the free spin offer when I talked about claiming the max bonus. I checked that one with support on Friday also.
 
I always get two identical promo emails from 32red for my regular club rouge account. Then another one for my mobile regular account.

edit: they are not identical, one is club rouge and one normal, but for same account.

Mark, because of the timezone thing, and the fact that people from "over here", and apparently Australia as well, seem to miss out on these promos, do you think it would be possible to send the e-mails out a day earlier, so we know a bit in advance, and can keep an eye on the start of a promotion ? :thumbsup:

I didnt even know until after the first one was over :( Managed to get the other two days in.

@Jas AFAIK you dont have to deposit the max amount for each promo.

I did check with support the first day. Jayne had to go off and ask, and confirmed you had to claim max.

If I have freespins, I will be very pleased. If not, I stayed in my budget, which is better than freespins.

Yes, also asked, $200 deposit * 3 days was my impression for club rogue. Now I guess they missunderstood or I was unclear as it looks like I could just make $10 * 3 days deposits. Anyways, it doesnt matter, I did no deposits for this.

I agree with another poster, an email the day before promo would help a lot, especially now during summer.

Good promo and hope to see some nice screen shots :)

Hey Mark,

As an Aussie (like some other time zones) we get the emails but they are generally already after the promos have started (missed the first :mad: and managed to claim the next 2) due to our time zone . I think LaHutti's suggestion is a good one and maybe send out a promo email the day before they go live U.K time.

I normally check in the morning, but I took my mum to the doc as she had a fall that morning (nasty too although very lucky as she hit her head) and was looking after her and dad (who has Parkinsons) the whole day. I checked my email when I got home about 10pm my time (12hrs after promos normally start) and there was nothing from 32Red.

The email arrived the next morning but by time I got to it the day had clicked over. To be fair, it may be my ISP, as it has happened before. Yeah, pro rata would be nice, but TBH I'm just thrilled for my friends from The Old Dart that Murray broke the 77 year drought :) It will be interesting to see if he gets even better now with the pressure off

It's not just an Aussie problem, I also claimed only two of the three bonuses. I'm in the UK and I also only received my email about the promotion on the Saturday despite querying it and finding out it was sent out on the 5th at around 5pm UK time. It must have something to do with the email provider that is the only thing I can think of.

Of course they did award it at that time, and 32Red does always make up for any error if pointed out:)

Murray seems to have had the last laugh though. Now he has won he is being described as "British", but he has told them off and that he is SCOTTISH:p

I am club rouge and got my free spins. immortal romance wiped my winning out "£18" though :eek2: I got 3 coins so 27p a spin.
I deposired the full £600 to and got £350 worth of bonuses over the 3 days, and I ended off losing £80 over the prom.

Won $12.36, and continued to play the game at one coin for quite a bit with a few bonus rounds. Around $15, decided to play Agent Jane Blonde at 18cents, was holding my own for a bit. Had afternoon plans, set to autoplay with less than a $20 balance.

I just get this message: "Your request timed out. Please retry the request."

I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and assume it's something to do with the Adobe Flash Player update I did on Friday. Sick of that damn thing!

It is not that, since i have the same errors, i know for a fact that 32Red tech dept.are working with MG on this matter, there have been more issues with the flash based objects as of late.

It is related to browser plug-ins and "script debugging".

I have been getting this EVERY time on my login straight after launching the casino.

The "timeout" message is immediate, so cannot be a genuine timeout issue.

All I have to do is close the page, disconnect, and then reconnect, and everything works fine with the message displayed correctly, whether promo or "play mobile" page.

Not really having an issue with it Mark, it's just an optical flaw:)
Doesn't affect my play whatsoever, and since i'm long convinced of the quality of the operation i have no problem with it.

I already sent a few screens through to tech though, and that's how i know they were on it :)
