Now i know 32red has been rated number one, but please, whats the bloody difference if you contact their support to claim a bonus before or after i deposit.

Made two deposits then contacted their online support to claim the $32 bonus.

But was told i must contact their support prior to depositing.

My question is simple, WHAT THE BLOODY DIFFERENCE!

Is it too hard to apply the bonus after deposits are made??

Because 32red could not find it in their heart to apply the bonus because i didnt contact prior, they have lost a customer.

Their are many other casinos prepared to apply bonuses to vip customers. Ill stick with them.

Apply the bonus prior to DEPOSITING? Any chance you meant to say prior to playing (but after depositing)?

In any event, those are the written T and C's, and are listed clearly in the monthly promotional email. BUT....had you come here and sent a PM to Pat, I'm sure he would have made an exception for that particular month and granted you the bonus anyway. That's not necessarily always something that support is authorized to do...it depends on who you get when you contact them.

I have always found 32red cs much more apt to helping customers then what you are saying. Maybe you just got a new rep. I would deposit send email.
Start playing then contact live support and yes they always said plse try to apply earlier but at this point i was only few dollars lower then my deposit and i never ran once into this problem of them not giving me a bonus.
As a matter of fact i was a little thrown back at just how fast this team does work at least for me. Even on my first cashout with them cs says plse send info i cant recall exactly how long it took but my cash was in my account within a few hours of them getting my id.

32Red is simple, but perhaps a little peculiar.

You must first deposit, and then contact their support before playing.

Support add the bonus, and then you can play.

This does go against the grain of player "instant gratification", and it seems odd to me that 32Red bother with this bit of fine print. Incidentally, this rule is of benefit to the PLAYER, as WR count only from when the bonus is added, and playing beforehand will make eventual WR greater.

I think I read somewhere that one reason for some casinos having this rule was that they had players who deposited, played, and withdrew if they had an early win, and claimed the bonus only if they had an early dry spell. They also used very aggressive methods, for example, bet all on RED, withdraw if a win, claim bonus if a lose. This changes the bonus into a 100% cashback on a single bet, and if played well, the strategy is +EV. Perhaps a better way might be to drop a player from the mailing list the first time they pulled this stunt, and be more flexible if regular players had the urge to play while they were waiting for the email to be dealt with. Claiming by phone is quicker, and is a way to play instantly, and not fall foul of these terms.
If you deposit another 32 credits, and restrain yourself from playing, they should then give you the 32 bonus, but check with them first, as this was from a couple of years back when I once made the same mistake (not sure why though, not usual for me to be tripped up on T & C).

The trouble is, there is no standard. MiniVegas will refuse a bonus if you HAVENT played before claiming (at least 1x deposit), this rule is even bore daft and annoying than the one at 32Red.

32Red will also not allow bonuses to be stacked, meaning you have to fulfil the WR on the bonus in your account (or bust out), before you can claim the next bonus you have been offered. This is important if you are playing at the weekend, and you are eligible for both the monthly bonus, and a weekend bonus. Most other MG casinos are not bothered about bonuses being stacked, they know that overall this is to their advantage, placing the player in a deeper WR hole with several bonused deposits.

Really? I never knew that.

When I first signed up for Slotsmeister, I took the signup bonus and played that through. Then the next month, I took the monthly bonus alongside the bonus I received from the tourney, and played them through to get further up the leaderboard.

There again, I played a hell of a lot on Mega Moolah, and looking at this months' bonus t and cs, it says bets on progressive jps don't count. I don't remember seeing that before, but if it was, good of 32Red not to punish me for that. Fair enough I didn't withdraw, but I know of plenty of other casinos that would have done.

Yet unless I'm seeing things, blackjack counts 100% for the WR? I don't remember that either.

32Red certainly deserved the award - I've been virtually bowled over by them this month with bonuses, yet I very rarely play there. Yet at 3Dice, where I had a short time of depositing stupid and betting high stakes, what did I get.........a 15% match, up to a fiver

Perhaps it is because the Slotmeister is a prize, not a bonus, and you have no control really, as Mark will credit it, and usually at the same time the monthly bonus is launched.
The stacking rule is where you claim the monthly, and they then offer a weekend special deposit bonus. They will only allow you to take that bonus once you have cleared, or busted, on the earlier one.
The rule about progressives not counting has always been there, as have the rules that count play on nearly all games at 100%. There are a few bet styles that they do not count, but these are the usual ones that advantage players use to try to double or bust before playing "normally".
It is possible to get knocked off the list for the monthly bonus, and presumably other promotions, if you actually clear each one with min wagering on games such as Blackjack, rather than play on a variety of games, including slots, with a few unbonused deposits through the month.
The Club Rouge bonuses seem to have become more generous of late, and even the normal ones are often higher, When I started out with them, the normal monthly was 32 and the Club Rouge one 132. Now it seems the normal can range up to 50, as well as there being 2 to 3 weekend promotions through the month. Club Rouge bonuses now have 150 as the lower limit, and can be 200 or 250.
This month should be a good month, since they are celebrating winning the CM awards for the 6th year in a row. This could even create a conflict of interest:D (They win, we get bigger bonuses - because they run CM award themed promos, they don't, and we get the usual bonuses).
The performance of most casinos so far seems to indicate February 2010 is going to be another good month at 32Red.
The extra bonuses are much needed, as I am usually quite unlucky at 32Red, with the big hit last summer proving to be a complete fluke.

 Humbly trying to not look like an idiot

So I've been playing (and struggling) with the monthly for all this time when I could have played blackjack :eek2:

I appreciate you making me aware of this.

You would be bonusbanned by just playing BJ. At least if you win.

Maybe if I tried to grind it out at low stakes, but 25x (d+b) isn't all that appealing to a 'bonus abuser'.

Ive spoken to a few reps , all state the same. Ive lost interest now as the original issue is a week old and i really cant be bothered trying to get blood out of a stone. I was how ever contacted by PATh from 32 red and he was going to look into it, but really, come on, is this really the steps i have to pursue to receive a bonus?

The fact that 32red has been voted best casino and my issue is really small in comparison to others, ill just vote with my feet!. and take my money elsewhere and use systems that are more customer friendly. :)

The problems you've described with 32Red are exceedingly atypical. I strongly suspect there is something about your situation that is unusual, perhaps you've triggered a security alert or somesuch. I'm going to ask around and see if we can't find what's at the bottom of this.

I've been in touch with 32Red over this and it seems that it wasn't you but your partner (also a member here as I understand it) who had the issue and that they've since been in contact with 32Red about it ... and it seems there wasn't that much of a problem to begin with.

I think I've said this already but you, or your partner, were always free to file a Pitch-A-Bitch over this if you felt it needed some serious attention. There are no restrictions on newbies filing a PAB, other than the "one free shot" rule (please see the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ for details).

Can you clarify where exactly things are at now?

All sorted.

As it turns out after email with a very helpful 32red rep(PATh) the issue has been resolved and the inaction of 32red was more confusion than lack of compassion.

As the staff on the day considered the request for the 6 pack bonus which in fact it was for the February mega moolah bonus instead.

Path(32red) acknowledged that the confusion was inherent with the staff member on the day and quickly sort and resolved the said bonus promptly this evening.

A big thank to the meister crew and 32 red.

Glad to hear it! I know that a good part of the regular crew at 32Red were in London this past week.

If both you and partner have separate 32Red accounts. take note of terms that may state "one bonus per household". This means you and your partner may have to share out the offers between you. Alternatively, one can play at Dash & claim, and the other at 32Red.
Sometimes, 32Red will allow more than one account per household to be eligible, but this would be after being a loyal player for some while first - it does no harm to ask.
As casinomeister members, both you and your partner should make sure to register for the Slotmeister tournament, that may reward your slots play with a little extra each month - not that either of you will beat either me or sjn:p

yes i understand the dupe account issue, lucky for me he plays at the office on most occassions, gives me more time to go shopping...lol

This is not the point, it is whether he normally lives with you, and you both form a single household. Most casinos will see this as "bonus abuse" and refuse to pay out. You should ensure 32Red are OK with the situation as it stands, and remember that most casinos are not like 32Red.

I claimed the monthly match, and the terms was indeed there - one bonus per HOUSEHOLD, even if there is more than one account.............etc.... - this may be your situation.
