32red banking problem

Dont know whether its just me but I have just made a deposit of £10 and the banking page froze, anyway checked my bank account and the money has gone but its not with 32red, spoke to chat who said that it will be returned to my account, as they wont take it from the bank! but it still showing as gone out of my account,

Just a little warning in case this is a problem, I was advised to deposit again but I am sorry I am not chancing it.
 
I've had this happen a few times in the past at various sites and what I do is go straight onto the games page when I reload the site and the deposit is showing. I never deposit between 0200 and 0400 as my bank Nat West seems to be updating balances at that time and I've had deposits rejected although I know the money is in the account.
 
What method did you use to deposit? If it's an ewallet sometimes it gets stuck with them and after you bug them for a day or so they find it and stick it in the casino. I also once had a billpay option not go through, I checked my bank and it had gone, but after looking around in my internet banking I found that it was showing as a 'pending' payment. I cancelled it and tried again and it worked fine - but then the stupid ewallet stuck both deposits into the casino and I had to pay them back the other one. :rolleyes:
 
I used my debit card Chayton, so it has gone out of my account and now I have to wait 7 days for it to return, its classed as a ghost payment, and even though my bank thinks it has gone to 32red it hasnt so I just have to wait now
 
I have had this happen with debit card payments before, both gambling online and one time at a b&m casino.

Online it happened like you say, at the b&m I was told my transaction was declined but when I went home it had been taken off my available balance which was worrying.

Both times what happened was what 32red support are telling you. It stayed "pending" for a good 5-7 working days but after that it just expired and the money was returned to my available balance. The companies did not come in for the money. It is very annoying (and tbh a bit out of order) that the money is taken out of your available balance for a good week, but it will right itself. Furthermore because it is 32red you can definitely 100% relax. If by some freak the money WAS taken out they would immediately sort it out for you. They really do treat their customers worrys with the respect it deserves so you can 100% not worry :thumbsup:.

Yeah I am not worried (only because it is 32red), its just annoying, glad it was only £10 though
