i tried to withdraw my total balance of £199.77 from 21 grand casino at the beginning of november, the process began and i forgot about it for over a week (withdrawals take 2-5 days to process) i sent an email to the support department to see what was taking so long and after a couple of days they got back to me and said they were still waiting for documentation from me to confirm my identity. they said they had sent an email 24 hours after i attempted the withdrawal (they didn't!) so i got onto live chat and spoke to them about it and they they don't have access to my account so can't tell me, i needed to email the finance department!!!! i emailed them again and didn't get a reply so went to live chat again and they sent the faxback email and told me everything i needed to send, i sent it all and had it accepted 8 days ago and my withdrawal is still processing!!!! i just spoke to live chat and they said they will spreak to the department and i should hear back SOON.

i googled the casino after a couple of weeks and saw this site with a thread about them and slo paying, i feel abit stupid that i didn't look up info about them before i started playing but i guess ive been lulled into a false sense of security as ive never had a problem before now. DEFO be researching in the future.

I think it's awful that they only seems to pay when they get some pressure from somewhere.

You really are doing the right thing if you never go back there after you get paid.
There are better places...

I took the liberty of speaking to my contact at this group - and they say your payment should be processed today.
Please keep us informed.

.....and their excuse was?

If they can pay at the drop of a hat like this, then they're obviously stalling and/or waiting on fresh deposits to pay winners.

I hope you're not promoting them are you? After all their history even at CM?

From what I was told:
As per the OP's post, the documents were only processed 8 days ago. They then tried to pay him, but had a problem with the processor they were using (I don't know any more details than that).
They are now sending him the money a different way and it was just coincidence that the payment should be going out today - it was already in motion before the OP made his post.

As with many Rival operations, this group started out Ok when they first launched early in 2009, formed from the old Gold Rock Casino which ran on the Wizard Gaming software (boy how I miss that!), then things started to go down-hill in mid-2010.
Following reports of unfairly confiscated winnings from 2 CasinoMeister members, I blacklisted them in November 2010.
In or around June 2011 they got taken over by new owners and since then they have been behaving far more reputably, and after observing for over a year I took the decision to start listing their casinos just 2 months ago, in October.
Please note that this is an independent operator, not a Rival white label.

Having just read it again, I do remember the start of that thread, but not the end. (That was when I went into decorating mode!)
Seems the case was resolved and the player seemed fairly happy about it, but there were some worrying warning signs along the way too.

I just found out today that they will have an exhibitors stand at LAC in February (VERY unusual for a Rival operator), so I will make sure I go and meet them face to face and tackle them about any recent player issues I've read on the forum.

With due respect KK, I seriously doubt their independence. My personal opinion is that only Slotocash is a truly independent entity and they dont want to be dragged down by the Rival brand thus their usage of the RTG platform.

While I trust you to have scrutinised their performance carefully before relisting them I would humbly suggest that you conduct more thorough reviews on them otherwise your integrity may be hampered.

STILL NO MONEY!!

I had one of their reps ring me on xmas eve saying that i should have my money soon but with the xmas and new year holidays it could take abit longer, so i gave them what i thought would be long enough and still i have nothing!

Which mean that they were lying to KK too when they said they already had processed it.
They can't have that little money, so what in the world are they doing:eek2:

I hope you get it soon never to return there again.

Luckily for me i steer clear of Rival casinos as there are other brands that have better graphics. However most of these Rival casinos seem to be rogue operations. Which is probably the reason many of them entice customers with no deposit bonus chips.

I've recently had an issue with Winner casino (same company as Casino Del Rio and Regal 7) so empathize with you're situation completely. The lesson here is to always do you're homework before depositing. These companies generally pay up when they have a little pressure put on them, shouldn't have to be that way though

I really do hope you get paid :)

another little update for you guys.......

i had a phonecall from the manager of 21 grand the other day telling me that they are having a problem with £'s in click and buy (i saw they said this before!!) so they cancelled the withdrawal and wanted me to re-withdraw through neteller. Hopefully no more excuses now and i'll get my money over the next few days...... but im not going to hold my breath :)

They should also be on the warninglist, but I don't know if Max changed his mind or if he forgot it again;)

Say who and a what now? I'm too busy to figure out what this means. Can someone give me the Reader's Digest version?

Yeah, that Warnings section in the Pit still needs an update. Excessively busy with year-end stuff just now so ... "soonish" is the best I can say.

:D Woke up to find my owed money in neteller this morning! Thank god. Never again will i be so naive with this sort of thing again and im gonna make sure i always check a casinos worth on here first.

Thanks for all of the comments and words of advice on the matter.
