Did you guys see this? I remember when I first heard about salt water crocodiles I had nightmares, they're very large and can be way out in the ocean - I remember reading about one that was 30 miles from shore. So a few days ago in the Philippines they caught this one - it might be the biggest one ever captured alive.

They suspect this guy may have been eating some people and livestock, but since they caught him and he's so big, they decided not to kill him but to create a nature preserve where people can come and see him, and they'll feed him so he'll quit eating them.
So now the latest, PETA has started protesting that they need to release him back into the wild.
Anyhow imagine your plane crashes into the ocean, you think, "Yay I found a life preserver, I'm saved" and then see this fellow heading in your direction. Oh yeah and they can swim up to 18 miles per hour if they're hungry.
