And not before time!
Sloto should definitely be accredited, and Slot Power, despite their "slightly shady" past (the CAP connections) certainly seem to be proving themselves as a front-runner for the top Rival casino spots!
Good luck to both of them.

Its a pitty that Slotpower has really bad rules in their T&C for dutch players...

IMHO this is a joke and player discrimination. Problably a thing from the past...

For me it was an instant deinstall of the software... and a goodbye forever.

(after my account was directly closed upon registration and logging in)

From the T&C

[8] Players from certain countries are required to wager double the specified requirements for all bonuses due to a history of bonus abuse. These countries are as follows: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Russian Federation, Ukraine.

As a Canadian I can no longer play at Rivals, but I had nothing but positive (that does not mean winning) experiences with Slotocash. Even when I had a tech problem, (my end) I got really good support, something that does not always happen.

Glad to see you joining CM.

So glad to see Slotocash here!! Great casino and the only rival casino that process withdrawals over the weekends. Excellent customer service, always!

Another rival I would like to see in the baptism by fire list is Myan Fortune. I tell you out of all the casinos I have played so far. (Going to try Club World today) I submitted my forms at 3:30 PM in the afternoon for there verification. 4:15 PM my withdrawal request was already sitting in my UMW account. This is so far by far the fastest withdrawal turn around I've seen. I submitted this morning another withdrawal we'll see how fast this one hits.

slotocash is great its the rival i play at the most i can usually play along time on my deposits and the playthrough if you use bonuses is lower than most of the others and they are always fast to respond to my questions and emails:thumbsup:

Not Shocked!!

A one man gang, ya think that BillyJack.......more to come but will wait until Bryan returns except will add a screenshot ftr (date that is) and a link or some links from the Irish Luck thread!!

William: Welcome to casino Live Chat. How may I help you?
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Checking out your terms at Slot Power
TellemBillyJackIsHere: What are the withdrawal terms
William: May I have your Login name and email address please?
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Not a patron
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Reading terms so I understand before hitting the "I agree"
William: Is there anything else I can help you with?
TellemBillyJackIsHere: My Question Is Above
William: Our system requires a successful verification deposit from the method you intend to withdraw to. You can deposit the minimum required amount and you can withdraw the deposit right away if you do not take advantage of a bonus.
William: The verifying deposit has to be made with the option you wish to use to withdraw to verify your account with them. This is done so that we can confirm the account when processing the withdrawal to make sure the money goes to the correct account as it is possible that, for example, a typing error is made when requesting the withdrawal causing the money to be sent to a different account.
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Your Withdrawal Terms Pursuant To Amount Limits
William: You can withdraw up to $2000 per day and up to $4000 per week. A withdrawal will take 2 to 5 business days.
TellemBillyJackIsHere:OK
TellemBillyJackIsHere: How bout those progressives I saw on your home page
TellemBillyJackIsHere:Nice Site BTW
William: Thank you very much!
TellemBillyJackIsHere:YW
William: Is there anything else I can help you with?
TellemBillyJackIsHere:My question on how progressives are paid, please
TellemBillyJackIsHere:In full I assume and not $4k/week
William: The number of credits that are won is dependent on the bet amount as well as the winning combination on the payline once the Reels have stopped spinning.
William:Playing Maximum Bet, and hitting 3 Jackpot symbols will pay out the progressive jackpot amount calculated at the instant that the win is triggered. This amount will be at least the amount shown on screen in the "Jackpot" area and paid as a dollar amount. Once a player wins the progressive jackpot, the jackpot amount will be returned to a base starting amount for all users, and it will begin to increment again.
TellemBillyJackIsHere:That was not my question William, see above please,TY
TellemBillyJackIsHere: I will repeat
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Are progressive wins by a patron paid in full or per the terms you stated of $4000 per week????
William:I will repeat again You can withdraw up to $2000 per day and up to $4000 per week.
TellemBillyJackIsHere:So progressives are not paid immediately in full if I was to get lucky :)
William: Correct
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Thanks William
William: You are very welcome.
TellemBillyJackIsHere: Bye
William: Thank you for using Live Support. Should you have any future questions, please contact us again.

Congrats to Slot Power and SlotOCash
If I had to say what the Top three are it would be.
SlotOCash
Slot Power (still waiting to hear about a fully customized slots I asked for.
Lion Slots & SimonSays at a tie for 3rd.
They are all good.
~But~
Last Place goes to Irish Luck
And I see this Rubyroyal one moving up this year.

Nash,

It is possible that the live chat staff do not know of the new arrangements (after the Irish Luck fiasco) so maybe it is a good idea to write to support and get a solid answer instead. However, if they are still not paying progressives in full despite all that has happened then they dont deserve to be in line for accreditation.

$2000 per 24 hour period, OK

$2000 per day times 7 days=$4000 per week...........I admit I suck at math again!!:D:D

Anything is possible. My opinions are worthless so will just provide facts per se also often worthless.:)

Yes - moving up the ranks of Worst Welcome Bonus at a Rival casino ever!
Honestly their SUB is so awful I am recommending on my website that players don't take it...

Nash; Thanks for that stuff on Slot Power - I agree they should not be accredited with this ridiculous rule in place.

KK

I do agree with the Worst Welcome Bonus.
But I am not a Bonus Junkie
I play with a no bonus all the time.
If I give a place $50.00 I can cash out anytime I want.
This way I don't need to meet any crazy WR that comes with my cash I put into it.
Some people love them & some don't like to take that little extra.
It's To Each Its Own.
KK what is your worst Rival Casino? & why
Thanks
~T~

Hmmmmmm...

Lemme look into this. I'll get back to everyone, a bit later.
Debbee,

John Wright has known for over a year and a half of the various withdrawal TandC contradictions that exist and obviously still do in least some of the Bonne Chance casino's TandC's.

He attempted to correct at TIV but failed, much later after copying TIV's TandC's for Rockbet (posted screenshots twice over 6 to 8 weeks) he did remove or correct the contradictions at Rockbet but last I checked not TIV.

At Slot Power I did not see contradictory terms, only the incorrect term. I will check again though and let you know if there are contradictory terms pursuant to withdrawals.

John Wright's AGD posts and some others leave much doubt as to progressives being paid in full but as Mario once said "the cat is out of the bag", well not all 9 cats,

I hope you can clean up the numerous issues, etc. that should have been addressed long ago. I am a open book with nothing to hide (publically much must be) so anything you would like to see that others were informed of but for whatever reason did not care to see I will be glad to provide as it may help all!!:)

LOL <derail>, I used "BILLYJACK" but iirc the line was actually "WILLIEBOY" from the great movie with Robert Blake but Blake and "WILLIEBOY" may not be politically correct to some and BILLYJACK was a movie they just can't make'em like today. Both were bad asses:thumbsup:

I don't want to sound like I'm giving anyone a canned response. Obviously, in Slot Power's previous incarnation there were some things in place that needed to be changed, dumped, etc. As these issues present themselves, we're doing everything possible to address and improve the situation (gawd, I really DO sound like a casino peep, don't I?!?).

In any event, I think most of you who've known me through the years know that I'm a player-person and I believe in complete fairness for both sides. We'll get to the bottom of this immediate issue and sort it out. Until I'm able to reach my casino manager, I can't for certain say this is a casino issue or just a situation where support gave bad info.

As promised, I'll get back with a response to this as soon as possible. :D

Below are Rockbet's incorrect as well as contradictory ((the correct terms were stated elsewhere-not posted below-NOTE: I did check Slot Power again and did not locate a contradictory withdrawal TandC which is usually with the Promo TandC's so it appears to be a matter of whether the subject withdrawal TandC is either correct or incorrect)) withdrawal TandC's from March 09 to approx. sometime late May/early June when John corrected Rockbet's withdrawal TandC's to be consistent and correct which is also posted as the second screenshot below. Many threads are also available on this on-going issue.

Of course, it is possible Slot Power simply pays $2000 per 24 hour period with no other restrictions and I am not a betting man so mum is the word now.

Ok...just to follow-up, I've heard back from our casino manager and we WILL pay out any progressive win in a lump sum. As I mentioned previously, this is just one of those things that need cleaning up.

We'll be scrutinizing the terms over the next few days to be sure there's no loose ends and of course, we'll be changing the term pertaining to the progressive wins, accordingly.

Hope this clears this issue up.
