Hi All,

as adviced by a mod, i am here to share my story on 10bet withdrawal limits. When i first started on 10bet, being on & off in the online casino scene, i was ignorant enough to not go through their T&C with regards to their withdrawals ( Do ppl really go through that whole long list of words???) fast forward a month later and after going through a really good stretch, i was up quite a bit. (mid 5 figure amount). i then decided to realise my winnings and had requested some of the amount to be withdrawn. I was sent with an email saying i have exceeded the weekly withdrawal cap of 2k euros and had my withdrawal rejected. To date, i have made 3 withdrawals, each 2k euros, ( 2 went through and 1 pending since ive only withdrawn yesterday) and am glad to say that 10bet do pay as promised. However the time taken to get the money is really slow. 2 -3 days wait upon withdrawal request plus a further 7 days wait after amount has been paid to request for another withdrawal. i did some estimation and i'll probably have to wait until 2015 (feb) to realise all of my cash from the site :(.

i hope in sharing this story, it accomplishes 2 things.

1) To educate anyone that's going to be signing up on 10bet to request for a removal of their withdrawal limit ( Casino has own discretion to remove any withdrawal limits. I read in previous post that michelle@10bet offers CM forumers no withdrawal limits)

2) To get the attention of the casino rep to help address my concerns on what qualifies me to have my withdrawal limit removed. ( i have seeked CS but none of them were really helpful)

I do like playing on 10bet, however because of this really long delayed payment, there really isn't a point in playing much since i wont be realising the money anytime soon.

Thanks to all reading and i really hope there will be a solution found soon.

Regards

Err, as I remember it my suggestion to you was to file a PAB and we'd see what the casino would have to say. I'll check our PM exchange to confirm this.

...

Yup, I remembered correctly:
Hi,

Well it sounds like you have a pretty weak case but it never hurts to try. I'd say do the PAB thing and we'll see where it goes, as long as you keep in mind that they'd be fully justified in saying "no, we choose to NOT make an exception for this player" and that would pretty much be the end of it. That assumes I understand your situation correctly. The info you provide in the PAB should clear up any doubts.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns on this.

Regards,
Max, Casinomeister.com

I realize that you did mention posting in your following PM. My bad, I was thinking of someone else when I burned off my reply.

So yeah, it would have been better if you'd taken the suggested course and done a PAB. Posting as you have could put the casino is the position of feeling unduly pressured which isn't called for here, IMO.

Yes, and we understand it all too.

Max is right, in this case, it is up to the casino. They may co-operate depending upon things like; how nice you are. :)

Being that 10bet is accredited here and they have begun paying you it should be pretty safe to assume that they will continue to do so.

Considering you chose to play there getting 2000 euros every 10 days or so should not be that hard to deal with. Accept it like a nice dividend for a few months and make sure you clear up any misinterpretations re; T&C's before you continue depositing there or anywhere else for that matter.

Firstly, congratulations on a very nice cashout. You are fortunate that the lesson you have now learned to read the T&Cs in full is only costing you a delay. The forum is full of stories where people had winnings confiscated for breaking terms.

However, I took the time to read the General Terms and Conditions and could not find the clause that mentioned weekly limits. I have an account with them but am not an active player.

Sometimes only certain payment methods carry weekly restrictions, so I am hoping the rep can find a solution for you.

I would suggest NOT posting further, in case CM would consider taking a PAB from you.

If I missed something in 10Bet's terms, perhaps Michelle can point us all in the right place?

Really? I'm always nice lolol. Always catch more flies with honey than vinegar as they say.

Hi there,

the rule about weekly limits has always been present in section General Rules. Go to Casino page footer -> General Rules or to Sports page -> Footer -> Terms of use. It leads to the same page and the rule has always been written on that page. Anyways, to make it even more clear I've now added it to section casino/terms as well.

Also I've never said we drop the rule for CM members but rather that upon management discretion we may make an exception sometimes just like any business could. I hope this explains the situation.

Have a good weekend and good luck at the tables!

Michelle

"But as he's obviously still playing we won't as he's likely to spend a fair bit back...."

I don't have an account at 10Bet, but many casinos have the same rule. However, I have a suggestion/question for what it is worth.

When a player has more than the limited withdrawal, couldn't the casino set up an automatic payout each week, rather than the player having to request it and even wait for the extra 'approval' time that is needed for the first one?

MaryJean

The OP has a PAB on the table regarding this but honestly, it's already pretty clear: payout schedule is in the Terms and the casino can VIP whomever they like. Or not.

I dont understand why 10bet is accredited , i once had a withdrawl for i think only 30 euro and it took 4 days or something...

And how does that make them unworthy of Accreditation? Just asking.

A casino that is accredited have to pay faster, seriously 4 days for a withdrawl on skrill? Also some sportsbetting-bonuses terms are bad from them, saw a promo from them for a bonus, when you take the bonus you have make every bet minimum 4 selections, every selections minimum 1.60 odds or something, thats bad. But i dont care if they are accredited i dont have to play there

Well, accreditation means integrity and 'timely' withdrawals. 4 days is very timely compared to how USA players fare, but on the other hand we are getting used to Guts/Bet-at etc. processing almost by return, so it's all relative. Yes, casinos can score extra points for quicker withdrawals, but there's many other factors in play too which to cut a long story short aggregate to whether a casino is accredited or not.
4 days to a webwallet a bit too long? Yes, I'd tend to agree with that view in light of payout improvements many casinos have made. 2k weekly limit? Again, I tend to agree that is poor but again not a sole obstacle to accreditation especially if clearly stated in the terms.
The bottom line is that it's better to be paid in four days than not at all. That's what we can rely on from accredited sites.

In this case though, I'd have thought common-sense would prevail and they'd make a business decision to pay the player in a more timely fashion than over the next 5 months, given the exceptional circumstances of a large balance - if not they may as well say 'no high-rollers please, we can't guarantee to cater for your winnings.' In fact, that's pretty much what the terms say to me.

Players betting high enough to win substantial balances should ALWAYS check the relevant terms thoroughly before playing to prevent a reoccurrence of this chap's situation.

Not too much good luck though or it will take ages to get your winnings, if you are feeling lucky play somewhere that will pay you it all at once as most places do.

I personally would NEVER play at a Casino that puts limits on withdrawals

A casino that is accredited have to pay faster ....

The Link Outdated / Removed for Accred casinos say "Must pay winnings in a timely manner" not "must pay faster". Personally I don't see 4 days as being unreasonable nor untimely but to each their own.

Some people are becoming too acquainted with reps and benevolent with casinos we all know have wrong practices.
It's just my opinion.

What I find depressing here is that reading the OP he intimates that he has to wait until 7 days AFTER the last withdrawal was approved to initiate the next, so taking into account the process/pending period he is actually only able to w/d 2k every TEN days as opposed to a week in the T&C's.
As Mary Jean said surely a 'standing order' could be put in place so the 2k is released automatically every 7 days....

Simple advice is don't play there unless you are a lo-stakes 'grinder' and hope you don't get a 5-reel sh!tstorm even on a 30p stake.

Again, if the OP hasn't played any back to date and is using willpower and regularly withdrawing then surely the casino should use discretion and disburse the funds a little more expediently. Not breaking any accredited conditions or terms but it really doesn't look player-friendly and puts me off ever joining them. Just sayin'

I just could not agree more with what has been mentioned above: why not play at the best? Among which my favourite Guts, where you won't encounter these kinds of issues. There is apparently some room for interpreting the "timely manner" requirement, also depending on the location of the player and the payment method. In my book, "timely" means within 7 hours max. Make any withdrawal at Guts and you get paid within 3 hours, if not 2!

might give them a try guts i have never played there i did play at a poker site called guts poker
on the subject i have been hit with $5000 withdrawal limits from inetbet after i won $29000
but it was wiretransfer and i think i had to wait around 10 days before i could withdraw again
to see the money in my account so in to total it would have taken around 50 days to get the money
of course i did lose some back :p
so it seems alot of casinos seem to do it :)

If a casino would have to use a limit, there should be a pre set agreement on a maximum number of payments to pay an amount in full. (So amount is not leading, the max number of partial payments is. If max is paying in 10 times, no more than 10 weeks can be used)

Hi bros, I'm a newbie in here, I had the same problem as well, deposited 5k plus brought it up to about mid 30plus and was told that I cant withdraw more than 2k per week.
Did evrything I could but was told that's the mangement decision.

But it's weird, they actaully allow me to withdraw my first 7k winnings, my second withdrawal onwards limited to 2k, now I need about 2months to complete withdrawing all my balance.
Just want to check with you guys whether this is common practice, and what if I stop playing now. Will they allow me to withdraw all my winnings? Hope some elder bros able to advise me on this.
