Hello Forum.

I have a quick question, i won on 10bet, did not break any bonus rules or anything, becouse i only played IR and bust the bank with 1,50 and 1.80 bet, i cashed out 392 today to skrill, they wanted ID card and proof of adress i sent everything now they say something like we got your documents we will contact you later... They are accredited here, will they payout? im asking becouse there are much problems with them on sportsbook AND casino in many other forums..

I made a withdrawal to Neteller at 11pm on a Satruday; they paid 9am on Thursday.

They are slow to pay but you should get your money ok.

OMG that is just bad! I will get hold of my contacts there as this can not be right with so slow payments. I was promised they are keeping up within 48 hours at least to web wallets.

I would contact them and request at least your fee back. They have to pay you within 1-2 days. I'm in contact with the Casino VIP manager and also affiliate manager etc. let me know. Also having the fees on withdrawals is disgusting if do not even pay within the 24 hours mark even 48 hours. I will def take up decision if want to feature them if this does not get improved. :thumbsup:

I deposited £24 late on a Saturday afternoon. I claimed a 150% bonus and only played IM. I hit one of my luckiest streaks ever and was up to £750 betting only 60p/90p. I withdrew £500 at 11pm after meeting the WR.

Around 4pm on the Monday I received an email asking for Documents. I replied within an hour and later that night got a comfirmation email that my withdrawal has now been forwarded to the accounts department.

I was told by Gerry that I would be paid no later than Wedensday which would be 48 hours after my account was verivied. I wasn't paid and naturally I began to worry so I contacted the REP here and the next morning just before 9am I was paid.

The whole process took over 100 hours which is crazy for a Neteller withdrawal. I don't see much point in complaining though. They state a 1-2 day withdrawal time and they did not keep their end of the deal. I did not get a good vibe from them and I cant see any reason to play again.

Are you trying to play Microgaming/Quickfire?

This happened to me once and the problem lasted for days. I could not withdraw as I had a bonus so was forced to play some crap games I had no interest in. I got so bored I just rasied my bet feeling like I would rather bust out than continue. I was not aware at the time that by raising my bet to more than 5% of the bonus I had broke the T&Cs and would have been denied any winnings.

It can take 15 minutes to connect to their Live Chat; any longer than that and it should time out and ask you to try again. They won't be any help though. Their advise to me was to take a screenshot of the error and email some tech guy. I knew the problem was with quickfire and not that I needed to update by browser or restart my router.

how do you want win from a 10 ND bonus with 50x wagering and 30 cent spins on IR for example?
Also they need too much time to answer or dont answer on emails, livechat needs 5 min to respond, for me its a bad casino, and sportsbook from them is one of the worst, you can read only problems with them on sportsbook forums.
 
i got the 10 free again, played 0.30 spins on playboy, got some nice hits, and cashed out 30 euro :D

i hope i get it, this time i really didnt break any rule, played with bets UNDER 0.50 cent always and didnt play any progressive slot.

How can casinos afford to pay 400 euro winnings won with no-deposit welcome bonuses?

Most casinos really can't so they limit the maximum withdrawal with no-deposit welcome bonus to 100 euro or something like that, or have some have wagering requirements and bet size limits that make sure you don't win several hundred euros with no-deposit bonus.
 
I wasn't impressed with their cashouts at all . First my withdrawal was pending and waiting to be processed . Then they asked for documents (ok std but sometimes for skrill transactions you don't need to send docs) . Then after waiting more time (days) they informed me that my withdrawal had been cancelled because I can only withdraw to the method I had deposited from . I then pointed out that I deposited on skrill and was trying to withdraw to skrill . Then of course I had to wait more days before they even started processing it , then finally the withdrawal showed as processed in my account . Then I had to wait more time to actually get the money . All told it was way too long for a skrill withdrawal and it felt like they were hoping I would reverse the withdrawal out of impatience . Wouldn't play there again
