According to newspaper reports. Full details: UK Gambling Losses to be capped at £100 a month?
This is at the moment based on what has been reported in the Daily Mail - but interesting that the UKGC this week commenced a consultation process on affordable and responsible gambling. Do not be surprised that there is mileage in this, after all it is fact that many lobby groups want to introduce a maximum bet limit on online slot games.Do the UKGC not see that people will just walk away from the UKGC licensed casinos in favour of unlicensed ones?
there won't be any to walk away from if this happened!Do the UKGC not see that people will just walk away from the UKGC licensed casinos in favour of unlicensed ones?
I will be amazed and eat my words if this happens as described.
It is totally unmanageable, as it stands GDPR will not allow competitors to share any info, especially financial.
£100 loss per casino maybe (again unlikely) but as a whole, virtually impossible to implement.
Not only would gaming laws and restrictions have to be passed (yes, quite possible) but this opens a whole other can of worms which involves other 3rd party action (not gonna happen) and massive action / workload at that!
I am sure that UK banks have the ability to block any more that £100 per month going to casinos if they where forced too.
As well as those fine upstanding owners of pornhubAs if there are no loss limits. Idiots.
The dudes in Curacao must be busting out the Champagne.

It will be the death of UK based streamers. The only streamer that I follow occasionally is a streamer who's YT site was born while he posted in CM regularly. Since the new YT rules where introduced he posted his first stream a few days ago and he sounded very despondent. He sounded as if he is giving up.
I can see the UK being left with only the big bookies to play at and if that was the case then I will have to restrict my deposits for only horse racing bets
Coming soon - after offering ID, supermarkets can only sell you a maximum of 20 litres of beer a week, once your ration card is stamped full, that's it. Only 1x 8-pack of sugary pop like Coke or Pepsi per person per week too. Welcome to the DPRUK
That’s horrible news. Thankfully I get my smokes from the lads offshore so don’t pay that much. About £50 for 200I recently heard AU government was thinking about making cigarettes illegal but with high GST on them, I don't think so
