Hi everyone! I am a new player at The Gaming Club Casino. I made a deposit with a prepaid debit card, played some time and then requested a $200 withdrawal from the Gaming Club to be paid via check. I called CS to see if the withdrawal had been processed and they told me yes it was paid to Payspark. I said, I don't have an account with Payspark, how can it get paid there? The CS rep said you will need to talk with them to get your money. I asked for a reference number for this transaction as I couldn't access the $ paid info through the software, (it had a glitch in it all weekend), CS rep. said there was no number. I have now contacted Payspark who can not find the money right now........so now I must spend time to try and track down this payout, its all very aggravating. I have been an online player since 2002 and have never had such a huge payout mistake. I did PM Bellerock with this issue, but I wanted to see if anyone else had trouble with The Gaming Club paying winnings to a nonexistent Payspark account. Thanks for listening.
